I received an email expressing gratitude for some of the things I've published. It included this line: "I've come through hard experiences to learn that people are often not as they seem, and as a damn fool, I thought I was much more aware than I was. The Lord proved that in many instances, and it was easy for him to do so."
I responded:
You are very correct that people are often not as they seem. I would say they never are, as our ability to see people as they are is subjective and limited to our own understanding of reality. As we seek and obey more information from God, our eyes open wider, and we begin to see the world, ourselves, and others more like he does. In rare instances, this leads us to realizing that who we or those we presently know are better than we thought. Most often, it goes the other way. Additionally, the extremes of good and evil are extended as God shows us more. This drives us to improve and to seek those who have improved beyond the limits of what we formerly knew with a commensurately greater new passion.
Much of the material I am now preparing will focus on these very themes, and I hope you find it as useful as what has already been published.
I'm glad that you've found value in them, and hope you find success in carrying the light you've received to others in whatever ways made available to you to do so, including a monthly recurring donation if it is within your means.
Thanks for reaching out,
-Rob
