No, it isn't.
We need to stop repeating the lie that it is difficult to know God's will. If you believe that, you need to stop saying you believe the Book of Mormon, wherein Mormon says it is as easy to know the difference between good and evil as it is to tell the difference between darkness and light.
So suppose it is, in fact, hard for you to know God's will. How can your experience be so different than what is said so plainly in the Book of Mormon? You need to realize that saying "it is difficult for me to know God's will" is the same as saying "I have unrepented sin in my life that I am not willing to stop," because if your light is so dim that God's will is difficult for you to see, even after someone has plainly told you the dead simple truth (what is the most beneficial thing you can imagine? That is God's voice to you.) that is the only possible cause. It really is that simple.
We live in a time of the fulfillment of the long-promised "great division." Partial fulfillments of this have occurred in the past, such as during the time preceding Noah's flood, or among the Nephites just prior to the Lord's visitation. In our day, we will see the greatest-yet example of this.
Stop saying things that you know are not true. Stop believing things that you know are not true. Stop pretending you can hold onto what is lesser and still reach what is greater.
The time is short. There is no more time to take these things lightly.
