So this is uh part two of a two part video series about knowing people, knowing God, knowing people. And um in the beginning of part one, we elaborated just a little on this idea that we don't know God, at least not by default. And it's not a simple process. And uh I illustrated this idea that you may not have thought about before that it turns out that there are super deep people in existence in this world. Now, how rare are these people turns out? They're super rare, it turns out they're super rare. So the personality of a complex person is like um it's like an iceberg. Now, I was curious, I looked this up once and I think there is a known ratio of volume of ice because the, the buoyancy of ice is a physical, it's a physical property. It's calculable and predictable. The the the ratio of the ice above to the ice below is 1 to 9, I believe. So it's on the order of a factor of 10, what you can see compared to what you cannot see. So there's much more ice under the water than above. And that's because the buoyancy of the ice is such that it takes a whole lot of ice to have enough lift to lift a little bit of ice. A whole lot of ice underwater for a little bit of ice above water. Anyway, turns out that people can be like this. And unlike ice, the ratio of what's above the water to below the water varies tremendously. No, the strongest proof that I can think of on this to share with you. That's brief is to point to Jesus. So with the Lord you had in the Pharisees and scribes, you had people who had spent their entire lives. And in fact, generations of families whose sole purpose in life was to know God. And yeah, and specifically, they were expecting a messiah to come. And yet when he came, they tended to be the absolute most mistaken about who he was in society. There were prostitutes and publicans and uneducated, illiterate people who in mass recognized that this was a very special person and some of whom recognized were the messiah and a few of whom even recognized was the Son of God. And by and large, the Pharisees did none of those things. In fact, only a very few of them were willing to treat him with the fairness that they would have treated any old person. And this is judging by the, the few who complained at the illegality of the proceedings that condemned him, the the Sanhedrin's trial that was held illegally at night without the required witnesses. They, they just kept questioning witnesses that whose testimony disagreed. And it was quite contrary to what they were required to do and they knew it anyway. So only a few of them objected even to that. So um of course, two of those members were, are explicitly mentioning, mentioned as one being Nicodemus who at least believed in him a little bit, although he only came at night and who knows what he did with the information he received in John chapter three. And then of course, uh Joseph of a Matthea whose tomb Jesus was buried in. But we don't have any evidence of his faithfulness prior to the death of the Lord. Uh And not to judge those people, I'm just trying to make a case for how minimal, how minimally these people did the only job they had, you had one job, right? So if it's, if it's that difficult to come to know him, what hope does anyone else have in a sense? Right? Um And I don't say that to try to make it seem impossible , but rather to illustrate the gravity, the difficulty of, of the, of the task. It's not an easy thing. And so, um in their case, the ice below the water was massively more than what was above the water. They looked above the water and they said, oh, here's a guy from Galilee. No prophet comes from Galilee uh, we have people who knew him growing up and he was nothing special. Therefore, he can't be anything special. Plus, if God were to send a messiah, surely he'd send him through the priest cast, not through. Um, you know, I mean, they, they knew he was gonna come from Judah. But, um, you know, they marveled at the fact that he wasn't educated and he, he didn't have any of the trappings of who he was supposed to be according to the suppositions of um these religious leaders. And then of course, he, he spent his entire public ministry um or at least the the most significant visible parts of it from their perspective, contradicting all the things they expected. You know, he healed people on the Sabbath, he testified about himself. Um He made himself equal with God and on and on and on, right. He associated with sinners um and so forth. He did not laud them, he tore the shreds out of them. Um and so on . So he did not, he did not share their ideas of holiness. So inasmuch as a person approaches the Lord in character, it's um it is the case that they will be, they will become deeper and deeper people and harder and harder to accurately see from just the surface. It's a surprise to people who aren't like this, to hear that there are people who are like this and uh it's forgivable considering how rare people like this are, um even when you relax the burden of being like Jesus in ways people would recognize as being like Jesus. Um even the secular people who are particularly deep are very rare. So I remember reading a quote about Winston Churchill from one of his close associates who said something like with most people, you see the best thing about them right away and everything else just gets worse over time. And with Winston Churchill, she said it was the opposite where everything you can know about Him quickly will be the worst parts about Him. E even though they weren't terribly bad, in spite of what the modern view of Winston Churchill is. Um but the longer you knew Him, you just kept seeing better things about Him that you never would have seen. And um it's like that. So this first video in the series was all about um this idea that the natural reaction of people is to say you don't know me. But the truth is that God does know you. And so, uh and to the extent someone knows God, they will also know you. It's an interesting idea and very important. This video is to the extent someone is like God, you will not know them either. And why is this important? Because just as the Pharisees and scribes assumed that because they had spent their life studying Jesus, they would rec or not Jesus. But the coming Messiah, they would recognize him when he did come and they were dead wrong. People who do interact with folks who might be somewhat more like God than they are. Um They will make the mistake of conflating the, the experiences they have had with uh a majority of the experiences they could have. In other words, they will assume that what they know about a person is much of what they could know about a person and to the extent that person is more like God, that will not be true. That will not be true. So I've had the unfortunate experience of having many people thinking that they've got me pegged and um because of that they stop um trying to get to know me more. Um which I'm sure sounds really weird but it is what it is. Um I don't mean that in a weird way. I'm just describing it in a weird way. So what, what do I mean by that? Well, if you're married then it'll probably make sense. Um, married people tend to stop getting to know one, each one another and they tend to do that much earlier than they run out of runway to do. So, meaning there's still a lot more to learn but you just, you don't wanna know. Um And why is that? Well, um for one, well, how do I even, how do I even peel this orange? Um You can only know someone as deeply as you know yourself that's why. And because these things cour the more you get to know another person, the more you will get to know yourself. Now, if that person is more shallow than you are, because a whole lot of these icebergs somehow it, it, it defies the laws of physics, but there is no ice below the, the surface of the water where there's very little when there's supposed to be nine times more. And like you said, it's variable. So with some people, like the whole ocean is ice and all you see is the little thing above, but with some people, there is no ice. This is where the analogy breaks down. And this mystery is solved when you understand that there is a an increment of light that God gives to all people, whether they deserve it or not. And that can be basically, that's the default level that you can expect in a person. Uh As far as the depth of their character goes and news flash it, there is no depth. OK. Um This is shocking for people , you know, I think slightly more than half of people have no internal monologue. You can look that one up there. There have been studies on that and that's shocking for the half of us who do. Uh we can't even imagine what that would be like. And it's almost like those people, their whole life is just kind of this weird shallow simulation and they, you know, they try to make sympathetic arguments about how their experience is the same. It's just different and like a lot of the arguments about the existence of different ways of learning so called, I find this to be a complete, um, farce, I guess it's , it's a, it's a, it's an extensive attempt to argue away a severe deficiency by calling it good somehow or equal when it's obviously not. Um, I mean, blind people can do tremendous things, but it would be insane for a blind person to choose to be blind instead of sighted because it's obviously better to be able to see. That is an enormously not PC opinion. Uh, especially if we start talking about other disabilities. However, um, I believe that this is so clear that it's a really good litmus test to see if someone's insane or not ask them that question or if they're honest is really, it's, it's a question of honesty, not sanity anyway. So, um, if you think, you know, all there is to know about God, you've got some problems and it turns out there's an awful lot more to know and it doesn't matter if one time, you know, even he visited you for most people. That's sort of a, the opportunity of a lifetime and reasonably so. But, but, you know, if you think that just because you've met the Lord, even, you know, all there is to know about him or even any significant portion of what there is to know about him. That's extraordinarily foolish. It's how much more, something less than that. It's like , well, I spent my whole life studying the scriptures. Who cares? So did the, the scribes and they killed Jesus. So what exactly does that guarantee? You've got, you know, I've spent my whole life going to church. Who cares? So, the Pharisees they ran the church didn't do them much good, did it? Uh One time I prayed and God answered me. Uh OK, plenty of wicked people had that happen too. Well, one time I got a revelation and it proved true. Ok, John speaks of how Caiaphas did that and he was the high priest who sentenced Jesus to death and he had the revelation while he was sentencing Jesus to death . So how does that mean? You know all there is to know about God or even a significant portion? So um so we've got to be really careful about this. Um No, what do we lose out on when we think we already know all there is to know about someone. The chief example of this is obviously the Lord. OK. But like all things you can go top down and bottom up. But the point is to better understand the top, which is Jesus. OK. Uh What do we lose out on when we think we know all there is to know about somebody? Well, we miss out on everything else and by definition, the things we don't know yet are the deeper things and, and that does tend to be the more important things, right? So if you look at the information revealed through the gospel, it's um arranged basically in reverse order of importance, the holier things are reserved for later on. And everything's preparatory state, you go from milk to meat again and again and again, level by level, he teaches us line upon line, you know, there's a process to qualify for the Holy Ghost and then the Holy Ghost teaches us line upon line. And so the stuff we learn later, it's more important, more valuable than the stuff we learned before. There's, there's more information to it. It has a bigger impact, it's harder to obtain and live. Um And, and that, that is very different from what a lot of people believe. But that's, that's the way it is. So, and there are profound implications of this profound implications. Like for example, the fact that it gets harder and harder , I mean, that, that blows people's minds. They're like first off, I don't want that because I'm struggling enough with the getting in the gate. But what, what are the implications of that? Someone who knows God a little bit more than you do didn't pay a little bit more to obtain that they paid a lot more and someone who knows him a little bit more than them didn't pay a little bit more than them. They paid a lot more. And that increment is greater than the, the, the rate of change is greater than the one between you and the next person. And, and that's, this is one mystery of holiness is that we look at things on the absolute scale and we're quite blind with this in and of itself. But let's just pretend that we can see that we look and we compare on the absolute scale uh like we do with money, right? And you say, well, this person has more than this person. This person has less and you can do the math and it's just a number with holiness, it's not just a number because what is in absolute terms, just a little greater cost, a lot more, a lot more. And so if you look at Jesus in his life, the fact is he always did everything right? He always did the best he knew of at all times his whole life . And I ask you, what's the difference between someone who does the right thing most of the time and someone who does the right thing all of the time, what's the cost difference between those two? In absolute terms? Maybe the difference is just here and there. But in, in relative terms, they're an eternity apart, they're an eternity apart. It is so much easier to do the right thing most of the time than it is to do the right thing all of the time. And now compound that over an entire life packed with greater challenges than anyone will ever face. And now you're starting to get a sense of the holiness of Jesus more than you had before in this cascades down. All right. So, one of the penalties, if you will of thinking that, you know, someone completely is you miss out on the more valuable things you still don't know. Um, what else? Well, it tends to be the case that if you arrive at this position, it can only be through minimizing what you do know about them. In other words, this isn't some abstract consideration of knowing them. There's also some kind of even if it's just implicit comparison between you. What do I mean by that? Well, look at Moses and um Miriam and Aaron and they were siblings and they knew each other really well. And Miriam and Aaron would have essentially unfettered access to Moses even as God put in distances, distancing barriers between Moses and the congregation of Israel because at first he was just there as one of them and then God kept making separations, you know, he put in the elders, he put in all these layers of separation so that just random people couldn't just come up to Moses all day long, uh like they could in the beginning and what a blessing that was. So Miriam and Aaron, they were still his siblings and also ha uh at least Aaron happened to have uh jobs that required them to frequently meet with Moses. So they had this level of familiarity. And what does Jesus say about familiarity? He says the prophet is not without honor, save in his own country and among his own kin. Why? Because they take him for granted because they assume that the, the accessibility that comes from something other than their worthiness is there worthiness? They take something that's a gift and they turn it into chains to weigh them down and uh incline them towards lower things. So Miriam and Aaron uh thought that, you know, it's amazing. But as Moses taught all these things and performed all these miracles, they thought that their familiarity with those having experienced the results and with Moses having the gift of maintained interaction with him, personal acquaintance implied that somehow they were anything like Moses in God's eyes. Now importantly, Moses, more than anyone else in that camp wanted everyone to be with God. Exactly as Moses was with God, he said would to God that all men were prophets. And it's not a stretch to imagine that if he felt that way about anyone, he felt that way about his brother and sister. And yet they did not do that, they did not rise up to living his example. They merely assumed that familiarity with him implied the same thing as becoming like him. Now to the point of this conversation, when we say familiarity with him, we don't mean actually knowing him in the deep sense of the word because they didn't know him. They had no idea who he really was. Why. Because you can't know someone while there's tons of ice under the water. And, and how do you know if the ice is above the water? We're told that when the Lord appears, we shall be like him. What does that mean to know as you are known? Hm. something to that. So the only way you can be confident that you really know someone is if you can perfectly predict everything they will do and say, and the reason is because you know why and the reason is because you have those same reasons or you used to and now you're at something better and this is why those, um this is why everyone in God's kingdom perfectly knows everyone who is lower than them in God's kingdom, but they only know what lies just above them in God's kingdom. It's very important to understand this. And so Miriam and Mos and, and Aaron blew the blessing that they had of proximity to Moses and that didn't go well for them . Um, in spite of everything Moses could do for them, they, they still lost out on things that could otherwise be theirs. And um, that came because they assumed they knew more than they did about him. But, but that's the test. Can you say all the things and do all the things that that person has or will cause that's when you know that you're seeing as they see and you know, as they know and what a blessing that we have the invitation to become this way with the Lord. He said plainly and John, he said to this point, you have asked nothing in my name. But uh when I go to the father, you can ask things in my name and I will do them so that he can be glorified. But there will come a time where you do not need to ask anything in my name because the father will answer you directly. Why? Because you will be like he is now, that's not an open prophecy to all people. It's a description of a possibility. It's a description of the potential he makes possible. So if you assume that you already have everything that Jesus offers because you already know everything that he knows. One, you're a very silly person, but two, you will never receive everything you do not have. And this is true cascading down through his kingdom. And it's the same thing that Miriam and Aaron experienced with Moses. And you can compare them and their attitude to Joshua and his attitude. Joshua was not. Moses's brother certainly wasn't moses' sister. He wasn't his son in the flesh, but he was his son. Spiritually, Joshua and Caleb were the only two who came into the promised land and it was because of how they responded to what the Lord had put before them. Joshua was a very interesting situation because if you look at it, you may as well talk about this. Now. Um, a lot of people are quite obsessed with the idea of being in the presence of the Lord and there are worse things to be obsessed with. Look at why Moses had a right to be in the presence of the Lord and why Aaron had a right and why Joshua had a right. There were three different reasons and they are the three different ways. Those are the three pathways to come into the presence of the Lord. You can go the Moses way, you can go the Aaron way or you can go the Joshua way. Uh Although you really can't go the errand way because you don't get to pick that one. It picks you. Um That sounds like a mother Russia joke, but it's not. Um So let's start with that one. Whats the Aaron way? Because of what Moses did, Aaron was chosen to be a priest and he ministered for the people. And because of that ministry for others, I said you can't pick this one. It picks you, but you can pick it, you can pick it just not in the exact way anyway, because of Aaron's administration for the people. He was able to go into the Holy of Holies once a year on the day of atonement. It wasn't for himself, that he was able to go, he could only go because he was consecrated to the service of the people. If you consecrate yourself to the service of the people in your response to a revelation of God, and that's the part that came through Moses. If you consecrate yourself to the service of the people, you will come into the presence of the Lord, you will come there infrequently and it won't be in response to your wanting to come there. It will be to the Lord's response of the needs of the people through you. What's the Moses way God called Moses? But if you look at the actions Moses took Moses always did the best that he knew. And this included weird things that no one else would do. So when he was walking around on a thorny mountainside, uh herding sheep he saw in the corner of his eye , a very strange thing, a fire that looked and always like a fire and yet things were not burning and instead of getting scared or ignoring it, which is what normal people would do. One of the two or both, he turned toward it and walked into it and then a voice told him that he was on holy ground and he needed to take off his shoes, his sandals and he did, and he kept walking into the thorns and that's what started it all. Although in the lives of holy people, the signs begin at birth. That's the first one that we've got in the scriptures that I know of from his life. And so do you do things like that? And then you could trace through his life to see all the other things, all the other choices he made and again, to cement the idea of this video. There's a lot to the man, there is a lot to Moses, a lot more. They could possibly be packed into a book even. And John said that about Jesus, he said all the books in the world couldn't contain it wouldn't be enough and he's right. So, but cascading down, it's also true. It's true of Moses, same thing obviously to varying degrees, but still the threshold is the books wouldn't be enough because there are people that you can only get to know face to face because they are that deep. So the danger and this is sorry, side note to com make more complete the point of making this video. The danger we have is, you know, I've spoken about this before. We have a tendency to project onto other people what we are and for most people that's bad, that's evil stuff. Ok? And so you assume people's motives are evil, like the Pharisees assumed jesus' motives were evil because they would never do the things he did except for all the wrong reasons. And it turns out that there aren't super abundantly clean, squeaky, clean, never misinterpret signs of love, the greater, the sign of love, the easier it is to, you know, like the pearls and the swine to turn and rend the giver to twist it up and use it to accuse them of things that they never did. It never would do actually. And so you take the greatest gift and you turn it into your greatest punishment because it's a stumbling block. But it's supposed to be a stepping stone or in the case of Jesus, the foundation, the rock anyway. So, um, you know, you might think, and I've had, unfortunately, uh, one or two people say this, you might think that by watching hundreds of hours of me babbling about, you know , deep things that surely, you know me. But, but you have no idea who I am and I'll, I'll tell you, I mean, the two people that know me the best, uh, who are living in this world are probably my wife and my mother. Um, they both know that they have no clue who I am. It's just, I laugh about it because it's funny at this point and it's not because I'm hiding. It's not because I withhold, you know, it's just, there's that much i, the other, when was it? Uh, and what happened? Exactly. I, I tease my wife often, uh, just being funny and, um, I don't know what happened but there was something with dinner and it was some measly thing that didn't matter at all because otherwise it wouldn't have been funny. It would have just been mean. But I said something funny about mashed potatoes or something, like, you know, I, I think the kids help themselves before I do to dinner and maybe there wasn't enough or something like that. That wasn't the exact situation. But let's just say it was. And I said, Nicky and like, really loudly and, uh, you know, smiling everything. It's like my kids get kicked out of this. But I was like, Nikki someday I'll have a wife who makes enough mashed potatoes, you know, with all my hard work and whatever all I want, maybe I'll make enough money one day to have mashed potatoes for dinner or whatever, right? And I said, I'm a simple man. I just want some mashed potatoes or whatever it was. But the key words were, I'm a simple man and then the rest of the sentence and it's just like you heard the needle rip across the record because she turns around and she's like, you are not a simple man. You're the most complex person I've ever met. And I looked at her and I knew she had me. Uh I didn't have a counter argument to that even, you know, a good joke. So I just started belting out a simple kind of man by Lynyrd Skynyrd as I walked away because I knew I had been had. And what else can you do? Um, So, um, they don't, they know they have no clue who I am. Um, and that's in spite of spending so much time with me and my mom birthed me, you know. So, um, she had to deal with me for 18 years. Uh, and she lived here more recently. She lived with me for five. Um, so anyway, um, there's a lot to know and, and if you say, well, like with any normal person, if we watched hundreds of hours of videos of them talking about deep stuff, stream of conscious not scripted. Uh You'd have them figured out buddy and even with famous intellectual types, they run out of things to say. Now some people would make the case that I never had something to say in the first place. Fair enough, fair enough. But I have yet to even scratch the surface on the things that I have to say it. We barely touched on anything. And um none of that is because of me. Although, you know, again, there are probably plenty of people who make the case that I'm totally nuts. But the Lord said that if we believed in him, then out of our hearts and minds would flow the waters of life, the living water spring bubbling up to eternal life because that's what the Holy Ghost does. You know, it's like that Thor movie where he says because that's where he, what heroes do. That's what the Holy Ghost does. It reveals, it aggregates, it reminds, it flows information. It is a stream of information and those who are in it, not to just overuse movie analogies here. But it's like those turtles in Finding Nemo, they live a completely different life than all those other fish around them. It's not because they're turtles. It's because they're in this jet stream of water that flows faster than everything else around it. And so they're habituated to that. Anything you focus on that you really care about and you're willing to live according to the spirit will fire hose information into you and those who orient themselves to that are always gonna be overflowing with new things to say that you've never heard before. And just because you've never met any of those people face to face at least doesn't mean it's not real. You've probably never seen a baby pigeon before. But trust me, they exist. I haven't either for the record, you know, but if they're adult pigeons, there must be baby pigeons. So you read about these folks in the scriptures and then you bring down that example to yourself and say, well, I gotta chop off some things that have seem apparent because it couldn't possibly be so much different than my own life. Yes, it is. Don't do that. Do it the other way. Lift yourself up to the example of the people in the scriptures, don't pull them down to you. So, back to Moses. Um that was the way that, that Moses came up to the Lord is the way that's open to all of us through Christ, uh which is simply to do your best all the time, do the best, you know, of all the time. And in comparison to Aaron Moses had the right to go into the temple anytime he wanted any time he wanted because he didn't go simply to do ordinances, you know, quote unquote to make sacrifice for the people. He went because he was able to be there. It was the Lord had given him the right to be there. Now, sometimes the Lord told him to come in there, but he could also go whenever he wanted this, I can't help it. But if you're L DS, this should really raise some red flags that you know, do you think that what you're experiencing is anything like he experienced? If, if the bar was so high to just be able to go into a real temple anytime you wanted? Do you think that you have the same thing or anything like it? If you can just walk in there anytime you want, uh Moses had to do all these incredible things that no normal person would do and all you have to do is not drink coffee and tea and give 10% of your income to a church. So you figure that one out but know that God is impartial. So if there's a difference it's in more than just the standards to get in. You don't even do what Aaron did. So your experience must be much less than his. Thirdly, we have the gateway of Joshua. Joshua was moses' servant. This is gonna get us into trouble. Um Sometimes I say things that I know people are a little too dense to connect the dots on and those who have ears to hear will and then we're good. But sometimes things are just so obvious that um there's no way of hiding it. And uh you know, it's very obvious that a lot of people will understand and take offense because they're not at the level where they'd be able to see things as the blessing that they are. Joshua's gateway was because he was moses' servant. And so because of his willingness to serve Moses who was the servant of the Lord Joshua could come into the temple anytime Moses did. Basically, basically, why did Joshua get to go? Not because he went direct to God? OK. But because he was willing to serve a man who did serve a man who did, I'm just making it really explicit. So people can't say, oh we caught you, we caught you. You said we should serve men. I'm just showing you what happened in the scriptures. If you want to interpret that as a negative thing that's on you. So, so why didn't Joshua go direct to God? Now we're getting into the places that I didn't intend on going in this video. But I, I do think it's relevant to the topic before Moses came, Joshua could have done the things that Moses did and had the, the same response that Moses enjoyed. But Moses did the things that he did through faith because there was no living example. Once Moses did it, it was impossible for anyone else to do the same through as much faith as Moses had to have because there was a living example. And so even if Joshua came up to the example of Moses, which he did in at least some sense, and then you can see that once Moses departs, Joshua has a lot of similar experiences to the ones Moses had before him. While Moses was there, the avenue to come closer to that had to involve Moses because Moses had obtained through faith , things that exceeded what Joshua could now obtain through faith. I hope that makes sense. Uh You can read more about this in the book of Hebrews with the example of Jesus. And how, because of what Jesus did, it's not possible for a person to do what Jesus did. So in that case, there's not really a threat to that because one of the requirements for what Jesus did was to be sinless from birth and no one manages to do that except for him. However, even if we were to ignore that, it'd still be impossible because what Jesus did. He did without any prior human example. So, you know, he could read the stories of Moses in the Scriptures or just hear about them culturally and say, well, I'm gonna pick and choose things from Moses that seem like good things to point towards as he was growing up and then learn things better than that to replace it. But there wasn't a single person in his life who could be his counselor because he exceeded everyone. And so everything he did was through the purest of faith. It all came from what was unseen and previously unlived. Now, once he became the living example of the ideal human, no one else, even if you were to fully copy his example, you would not receive the same exact blessings because it would be impossible to have the same exact level of faith. And so in order to receive a fullness of what he received, we must be his servants because it can only come through him. He can't be taken out of the equation. So you probably don't catch it. But this presents what seems like a contradiction which is always a rich source of additional revelation in that Jesus said that the day would come when we don't need to pray in his name because the father will hear us directly and give us what we ask. So that's something to figure out. But uh anyway, getting out of the depths here um to sum up what I wanted to talk about. God is deeper than you can know and you should still try and it's really important. So, nothing I've said is an argument against doing everything you can to know more about God. But in that vein, those who are more like him will be similar to him in this too. And there will be much more to know than there is with normal people. And that's also going to be true of you in as much as you're like God, that I didn't really touch on too much in this video. But whether someone is out there watching this now or someone does in the future or someone ever does just know that you are not well and some of you are in fact crazy, but there will be people, there are people in this world who are deeper than anyone they know and you feel alone, but you're not, you need to understand God has very precisely arranged circumstances in your life to give you the essential opportunity to grow as much as you possibly can before you meet those people who are like you. Because the progress you can make once you do it changes in character and in many ways, this is the greatest growth that you will experience. And so take care when you're praying to know people like you. Because once you go from the more like Jesus, the only source you have is turning to the Lord through faith, once you transition from that to having a living example of someone who's more like God than you, that you um can see as a real person, the growth changes, the growth changes and what you can receive through that faith is less. It doesn't mean that you run away screaming every time you see that it's quite the opposite. It's very important that it's quite the opposite. However, do not despair because he has not yet placed those people in your life. It's on purpose. If that's the case, rejoice and be grateful and squeeze every drop of juice you can out of that piece of fruit because that's what it's there for.
