0:00:00 - 0:00:29I'm going to make a, a presentation now of extremely important topics and um in thinking about how to do this, um it became apparent to me that the best way would be to chain together several presentations in one long video. There are many reasons I'm doing this. But the main reason is to help encourage
0:00:28 - 0:00:59people to see the value of what I'm presenting. You'll see that there are hundreds of videos on this channel and they are of varying quality, um course production quality. But what I mean is information value and clarity of presentation. The ideas that I'm expressing in this presentation are extraordinarily
0:00:58 - 0:01:24important. I've been sitting on these and a collection of many other ideas that aren't in this presentation. Uh For a very long time, I think I started these slides. I'm gonna show you today three years ago and mostly they've just been collecting dust as I've worked to continue preparing what I thought
0:01:23 - 0:01:49would be necessary for the context to present these ideas in the way they need to be presented, to be most likely to be understood for what they actually are and what they're actually worth. And most of that work has entailed writing and uh seeking the Lord and reading the scriptures and subjecting myself
0:01:48 - 0:02:13to experiences in life where the Lord could teach me more. Um Waiting for the day when these things will be presented. Um That being said, what I'm going to present is much more minor in value than things I will present later. But the reason I'm presenting these things now, so I I've just spent, I don't
0:02:13 - 0:02:40know, four hours uh curating the collection of material that I have to present and removing from that things that now is not the best time for and uh reorganizing and, and extending and clarifying the content I'll present today. And the reason is because um you know, the Lord, he talked about this householder
0:02:39 - 0:03:06who treasured up all these things. And then, uh and then he has those things to meet out when the occasion demands or scribe that treasures up the word of God. And then has that to meet out when the occasion demands. And uh there are several people who I know specifically are in need of this content
0:03:06 - 0:03:29. This content represents the answer to their prayers and it is um it's the way that God has ordained to provide those things. And so it's, it's for their sake that are making this today, even though I know that most people are not in a place where this is going to be the thing they need the most. And
0:03:28 - 0:03:48frankly, they're not doing the things that they ought to be doing to need this the most. So anyway, before I start going through these slides, here's some things I wanna say very plainly. I highly encourage you, I'm gonna give you a law of heaven. Um I highly encourage you to look at the length of this
0:03:48 - 0:04:13video and if you don't have that time right now, plus uh some percentage of time over and above that, to take notes, to pause, to think, to pray, to look things up as the Lord gives you ideas. Um I highly recommend that you do not watch any of this yet. So make a block of time. And what I will say is
0:04:12 - 0:04:32not that it's worth the sacrifice of time, but that if, if you don't think it's worth the sacrifice of time, it's not for you. And uh while the rule is that if these things are revealed, you become and you have access to them, you become responsible for their content. I would just say that if you're
0:04:32 - 0:04:54not in a place where you can see the possibility of something like this being worth the hours it would take to process it. Uh I highly encourage you to focus on what will get you there, which includes repentance because if you're in that boat, I guarantee you haven't done it. Um The other thing is you're
0:04:54 - 0:05:20not gonna be able to process all of this um with one pass. So uh this is like a lot of the content I produce. You're going to have to go over this many times um before you're anywhere near extracting the value that it has. All right. So I'm gonna say some offensive things right off the bat, human nature
0:05:19 - 0:05:48tends to conflate the value um of what is experienced with the value of the person experiencing it. And this is a mistake. Um In particular, I have found that when people have spiritual experiences, even if those experiences consist merely in air quotes of hearing some truth, they didn't know before
0:05:48 - 0:06:13from someone else. Instead of taking additional light and truth and using it to become a better person, they presume they are a better person because they've heard something extra and that's a huge mistake. And uh I would just want to say in complete plainness, the fact that you have the ability to get
0:06:13 - 0:06:36on the internet and hear what I'm saying does not make you worthy of what I'm saying. No, because I'm a person and I'm actually doing a thing here and using my pronoun to, you know, I'm referring to myself in that, that sentence. But this principle is true, no matter what the situation might be, you
0:06:36 - 0:07:00need to understand that we're living in a time where we are doused in unprecedented availability of information. And this includes information from God. There's more information from God on the earth today than there has ever been. And there will be more in the future. So it's a process that has kicked
0:07:00 - 0:07:23off and it will not stop until it's all done the end. So you being alive at this time has to do with many things. But if you're not the one producing that information, then and what I mean by producing is you're not the Conduit, you're not the Conduit God is using to bring it into existence here from
0:07:23 - 0:07:45just being spiritual to being temporal because someone has said something or written something or done something here. If you're not that Conduit, then uh your experience of it is an expression of mercy from God, not your own worthiness, that worthiness can only occur as you receive these things and
0:07:44 - 0:08:08act on them. So don't fall into that mistake. The other thing is I just have to be totally clear is another tendency people have, they will do anything under the sun to feel like they're making spiritual progress without actually making any changes in their life. Any changes that, that apply to their
0:08:08 - 0:08:30character, any changes that actually matter, they'll occupy themselves with new fancy shiny things, new fancy shiny ideas, talking about them all day long, obsessing about them in fact, often, but they won't actually change anything and about themselves, especially in the deep ways. If you are in the
0:08:30 - 0:08:54position where you have not forsaken sin, quit sinning, if you're not in a position where you can say everything I do in my life fully reflects what I understand Jesus would do in my place. And I don't do anything that I don't think he would do in my place. If you're not in that position, then the value
0:08:53 - 0:09:18of everything I'm gonna tell you right now is extremely minimal. There's nothing more important that you can do than turn your entire life to God and everything you do, everything you think, everything you feel, everything you say. And um if you need help with that, I highly recommend the book I wrote
0:09:18 - 0:09:41called Repentance Making Straight The Way of God. You can get it on Amazon. You can get it on my blog upward. Thought you can um you get a free audio version on this channel. I can't say it any plainer than to say. And this phrase will have special meaning after you complete this material, you are a
0:09:41 - 0:10:12dead branch until you repent and you're just waiting for the fire to come and it will burn you, it will burn you up. Furthermore, everything I'm about to present to you has tremendous, tremendous value. Notwithstanding. It's not the most valuable thing. It's evidence that that thing exists. It indicates
0:10:11 - 0:10:38where you're going to find it and what it's going to be like as you do and as you get there, but it's not what matters. The most thousands of people followed Jesus because he provided these miraculous loaves and fishes. They got quite excited, but none of the people that came to him for the free food
0:10:38 - 0:11:09and none of anyone else who came to him at all received his most valuable miracle, which was he provided the way and he provides the way to become like he is everything that anyone does in the name of Jesus, including everything Jesus did himself as a mortal man and everything he continues to do as the
0:11:09 - 0:11:43resurrected Lord, no matter how valuable it is, its chief purpose is just to persuade us to come unto him and live to the full extent of how he demonstrates himself to be. That is his greatest miracle. His greatest power is to lead us to become more like him. That is the tree. Everything else is just
0:11:43 - 0:12:20fruit. So don't content yourself with eating the fruit, find the tree and become the tree yourself. Another point. It's human nature to quickly acclimate to and ignore what is vastly different than what you know. So what I mean by this is we have strong tendencies to become used to things that are boldly
0:12:19 - 0:12:40different than what was before. If you need an example of this, look at COVID, humans adjust to new things by following what psychologists call the the stages of grief. And you can look at that. I haven't seen too many people talk about that in terms of adjusting to new information, but that is what
0:12:40 - 0:13:06it is. It has very little to do with grief specifically. That's just one kind of information. But does that's an accurate description of how most people react to new ideas or new evidences or new situations, anything new? And it's not good. One of those steps is basically to jump from a point where you're
0:13:06 - 0:13:35not adjusted at all to this new information to a point where you kind of just ignore it because you're, you're used to it now. So there's no necessity in that process that most people follow. There's no step where you actually grow new things from God are intended to help us grow. So when we uh ha when
0:13:35 - 0:14:00we exercise these tendencies, what happens is we, we, we vastly limit the good that God can send us because we constrain Him to act in ways that minimize the harm we do to ourselves through living our biases, our human tendencies. And so applied to this. One of the reasons that I am highly constrained
0:14:00 - 0:14:27in the things I can say, the pace at which I say them, uh the language I use and how to say them et cetera is because when I say them in a way that's more flowing and natural and uh more tied or tied at all to the pace at which I actually receive them, people take them for granted, they take them for
0:14:27 - 0:14:55granted. And our value system, our way of assessing value and are uh likelihood of acting on it on what we assess. It's completely messed up by and large and uh the people who have not yet fine tuned that and turned it to be more like what God would do in their place. He said, judge, righteous judgment
0:14:55 - 0:15:17put into plain English. He s he said, judge things as they are in actuality, not how they seem to be based on your traditions and biases. In other words, we are to strive to evaluate the worth of things through the eyes of God, not our own eyes. And that's what we're meant to be doing all the time. And
0:15:17 - 0:15:41of course, our model of value, our model of what God values is meant to improve over time. And we use life to help in that process of training that model improving it. So that's one reason I'm making this video is a very long video of several presentations instead of splitting them up because I know
0:15:41 - 0:16:04the tendency of people is to to um sort of randomly jump in and out of these things as if they're birds coming and going from a bird bath. And it's worse than that because at least birds recognize that the bird bath is different than everything around it and they know where the water comes from. But
0:16:04 - 0:16:30uh humans have a tendency to deprecate things of value to. Um Well, I made this, I made this reference to the tree and the fruit they will seek and eat fruit all day long without ever thinking about how it came to be and what it means about the tree. And that's a huge problem. So I just wanna help you
0:16:30 - 0:16:58by saying some things very plainly first, the things that I'm about to present to you, you don't know, you might know some tiny pieces of them. But one aspect of human nature is that we pretend to know things after we're shown them and we completely dishonestly warped the gulf between where we were before
0:16:58 - 0:17:17we heard these things and where we are now, we'll pretend like knowing the tiniest little piece of what was told to us before it happened is the same as knowing pretty much everything before it was told to us. And one way of helping you with that, um, that I would do if we were face to face, I would
0:17:17 - 0:17:39take even more time and ask you about 1000 questions all, uh mapping out what I'm about to tell you and we could go through those questions and I'd say, what do you know about X? And you'd say, uh, I don't know anything about that or you'd say, well, uh, I know this one keyword from scriptures, I've
0:17:39 - 0:18:02read and that's, or there, here's a little idea and they would ask you following questions and I'd map out your ignorance explicitly. And uh only then would I go into this information so that you'd have a more accurate idea of how much you didn't know before I told you this format doesn't allow for that
0:18:02 - 0:18:25. So to get the most out of it, you're going to have to be unusually honest in your assessment and remembrance of what you didn't know before. Second, other people do not know these things when you do encounter something that's super new and you do acknowledge that there's no way that you would have
0:18:25 - 0:18:46come up with this yourself. The next thing you will do according to human nature is pretend like or presume that there are certainly other people out there that know these things. And so maybe it's new to you, but there's nothing special about it because it's out there. And uh it's just you that didn't
0:18:46 - 0:19:10know about him. That's not true either. No one knows what I'm about to tell you. Now, after I present this, a whole bunch of people will. And that is also one of the reasons why I have to withhold so much of what the Lord has shown me because once it gets out a lot of things change. And so he has a way
0:19:09 - 0:19:33of doing this and he's instructed me in this so that uh I don't end up doing something inadvertently that hurts people uh or puts them up against challenges that are more than they have to bear or more than they're capable of bearing. So uh in summary, and this is the end of this preamble, I encourage
0:19:33 - 0:20:05you not to deprecate this message, do not impute to it less value than it has try to be open to understanding the value of what I'm telling you. Uh And finally, don't miss the evidence that it provides of the worth of everything I have and will share with you. Now, I'm not saying at all that if a person
0:20:04 - 0:00:00shares something that's valuable, it implies that everything that they have or will share is valuable, that's not what I'm saying. Uh That is a non uniform thing. What I am saying is when you encounter someone who is telling you things that exceed the value of anything you've heard from anyone else.
0:00:00 - 0:20:56And that is not just a one time thing, you should react appropriately to that and the correct reaction is not to treat that like everything else. So hopefully, that's plain enough and we're gonna move on now to the to one of two presentations I'm going to make. So I think what we're gonna start with
0:20:56 - 0:21:34is this one? OK. So you could read the side. I'm going to tell you, I mean, I'm gonna describe to you uh a little bit about the quality of people who have come to earth throughout history and specifically how that's different in our time. Now, I guess one thing I have to say to get everyone up to speed
0:21:34 - 0:21:52is something that's in the other presentation. Um So I'll just say it now and then once we get there, I'll make a larger case, but in both cases, it's more of a reference. I, I can't take the time today to make a case for it. It's just, I'm gonna state it as a, as a fact and if you don't necessarily
0:21:51 - 0:22:15believe that fact, just suppose it for now and I promise I'll come back to it at another time. Um, uh, that isn't to say that that, uh, therefore everyone in the world will agree with the case I make for that. What I'm saying is, um now is not the time to hash that out. Um And the things that I'm talking
0:22:15 - 0:22:41about have enough spokes, like spokes on a wheel um of prerequisite belief or understanding that II, I can't address all of it all at once. Uh Some of those things we just have to take for granted and then we can handle those separately later. So, um let's get into this, um what the prerequisite thing
0:22:41 - 0:23:08I'm referring to that's gonna be necessary as we go through. This is the understanding that um that all of God's Children existed before this world was that all of them will come here during the course of creation and live as mortal beings. And um that's probably enough for this one. But in the other
0:23:08 - 0:23:28one, we're going to get into the idea that these individuals are one and the same as the angels in heaven. And I know that there's a, there's a sizable segment of Christianity that does not believe that there's also a sizable segment that does. And so that's, that's interesting. But uh again, it will
0:23:28 - 0:23:51be a case for another day. So why is it so important that you understand what is available to you now? And why? That's a question we'll dive into deeper in the next presentation, but it overlaps this one. Um In fact that that was a mistake. That should have been the other presentation. I'm sorry. And
0:23:51 - 0:24:10I hope you don't take that as a preview of the value of what I'm saying here, I've packed a massive amount of information into these presentations and that's the point of the value, not the production. Um upfront, there's a lot of pictures in these presentations and don't take any of them too far. I'm
0:24:10 - 0:24:41trying to convey ideas and we have to be a little fuzzy in the details to do that specifically in terms of quan quantities. Uh There's a lot of graphs, so don't take those two literally. Um So here we go, this is a schematic of distributions of qualities of people on earth through time. And uh I am using
0:24:41 - 0:25:02this very much rolled up term human quality. We can just simplify this by saying good and bad where good the best you could possibly be is defined by God and the worst you could possibly be is defined by Satan. They're, they're embodied by these ideas. They, they, they are the definition of those ideas
0:25:02 - 0:25:27. And so at the top of the screen, we're gonna start um way back in history and uh this is pretty accurate for most of history. Um I'm not saying that at any point in time, this is exactly the way things were. I'm just saying if you average out history, this is what you get. But then as we go through
0:25:27 - 0:25:53, there are some transformations that happen as we go through the end of the world or the end times. And what happens is this roughly uniform distribution gets squished down, spread out. The good people become more good and the bad people become more bad and there appears this gulf between them in place
0:25:52 - 0:26:20of the majority of people. And so the axis here is the Y would be count and the X is quality. So the further to the right, the better they are further to the left, the worse they are. And that's more like God, more like Satan. And then um the height again is, is just the number of people. So you get
0:26:20 - 0:26:51the drift. So let's dive into some details here and we're just, we're going right for it throughout time. There's been this um this quality and it's no different today. It's actually it's accentuated in the end times of association between people. This is very much intentional. It's a central quality
0:26:50 - 0:27:23and a central purpose. It's for a central purpose of creation. So um in heaven, people do not have free access to one another. They are co located with people who are similar to them. That is very important to understand. The chief reason that we are here on this planet and God created all of this is
0:27:23 - 0:27:58to give us the opportunity to make choices and to find ourselves in the necessary situations to do so. In order to gain a greater understanding of how God is and the way we do that is by interacting with people who are more or less like him than we are, this is extraordinarily important. So I'm going
0:27:58 - 0:28:26to show you how those interactions create a change in who you are. And we're going to dive deeper into this. In the next presentation, we're going to hit it from a different angle. So vastly oversimplifying things, we're making people either green, which is good or red, which is bad. And obviously, that's
0:28:25 - 0:28:51a gross oversimplification. And if you're color blind, I'm really sorry. But what happens is that over time and through these interactions, people decide how they will react to examples of people that are worse than them and examples of people that are better than them. And you can imagine what the space
0:28:50 - 0:29:23of reactions are. So um boiling it down to the most simple level, you can learn from people who are better than you or you can reject their example. You can um grow from people who are worse than you in learning to love and to forgive and to serve to give yourself for their benefit or you can turn into
0:29:23 - 0:29:52them. Of course, there's many flavors all between those options. But here's what happens if you react well, to those positive and negative examples, you yourself will become better. If you react poorly, you will become worse. And so while creation itself, the things that we have to do every day to earn
0:29:52 - 0:30:19our daily bread, the challenges we go through that have nothing to do with anyone else. Those things are all uh you could say trials and that's how the scriptures describe them. They are all potential sources of improvement in how we choose to react to those things. But primarily the changes occur through
0:30:19 - 0:30:46our reaction to other human beings. And, and I don't wanna overemphasize the reactive nature of this. There's a lot of proactive as well, but in a way that's also reacting because you're, you're still reacting to the setup that God has created, you're on a chessboard and now you get to play. So over
0:30:46 - 0:31:20time, these reactions, they describe how the world changes in our day. How so well, what happens is um the people that God sends to the earth, they are different in quality as we approach the end. So later on, I'm gonna explain that everyone starts at zero. Another way of saying this is that everyone
0:31:19 - 0:31:50chooses to sin at some point. So when I say quality, I don't mean, you know, some people come to the earth as a geo metro with 200,000 miles on it. And some people come as a brand new Corvette. That's not what I'm saying. The differences we come to earth with have much more to do with um our are implicit
0:31:49 - 0:32:16memory of the goodness of God and the yearning and drive that that creates in us than any sort of external uh immediately obvious attribute. That's a really important topic. I'm sorry to just blurt it out. We will spend much, much, much more uh time and many more pages and many more videos about that
0:32:15 - 0:32:38. The difference is in what we come here with. Um But what I want you to think more about is the differences we come to through the choices we make in life. And essentially because the quality of people that God sends earth changes over time in, in, in a nutshell, he saves the best and the worst for
0:32:38 - 0:33:14last. What happens is the, the limit to the ascent of how high people ascend in life. It increases as we approach the end and uh the the descent of how evil people become, it also gets worse over time till the end and that generates way more movement among everybody else. And what happens is, uh over
0:33:13 - 0:33:40time this middle disappears because it becomes harder and harder to be a quote unquote normal person. The extremes make it more necessary to take an extreme stance. You can't be neutral to an extremely good person or an extremely bad person because being neutral to an extremely bad person makes you pretty
0:33:39 - 0:34:01evil. If evil people are doing very evil things and you do nothing, you let them do that, that makes you evil too. And if really good people are doing really good things and you don't become a better person because of that example. And the things that they facilitate, you become an evil person, not just
0:34:00 - 0:34:23an ok, decent person, you become an evil person when you see someone that's very righteous, being persecuted and you do nothing to help them or to stand up for what's right that makes you evil. Doesn't make you normal, makes you bad. Right? OK. Let's keep rolling. Already said this. God is sending the
0:34:23 - 0:34:44best and the worst in our day. So do you have any evidence of this? I don't know if you read the news and I said in the preamble people, they go from not knowing what to do with new information to basically just ignoring it. That's their way of coping. But if you do look at the news, you're gonna see
0:34:44 - 0:35:09daily um adult sons stabbing their moms in the head with a knife and killing them or moms doing terrible things to their infant kids or fathers doing terrible things to their chi Children or random strangers killing each other. Random homeless guy, beating a guy with a pipe and all these terrible things
0:35:08 - 0:35:34. Teachers doing terrible things to students. It's definitely more common today than it has been in living memory and it will continue to get worse. And I don't know if you've noticed this, but I'm telling you why it's happening. It's definitely happening. And this is why, uh, most of, most of God's
0:35:34 - 0:35:54Children will do the right thing when they're put in an environment that encourages them to do the right thing. That encouragement can be religious. But it doesn't have to be. It turns out that living according to God's ways is a pretty good idea for all people, whether God is explicitly stamped all
0:35:54 - 0:36:15over it or not being honest, being a decent family oriented person, uh being reliable, working hard, those traits. You don't have to believe in God to believe that those are good. And there are a lot of people who have those that say they don't believe in God, especially, especially historically. And
0:36:15 - 0:36:44then again, historically, the vast majority of people um at least in in western nations have believed in God. So, um and a whole lot of people besides, but in our day, that's not enough. Why? Because it's not normal people that are coming down, it's not normal people who are being born and those people
0:36:44 - 0:37:04are the kinds of people that are relatively rare in history who will do the wrong thing no matter what environment they're placed in. Now, at the same time, God is also sending to earth a whole lot of very good people and these are the kinds of people that will do what is right, no matter what environment
0:37:03 - 0:00:00they're placed in. So the question you should be asking is where all the good people to balance all these crazy people. And uh I'll get to that. So before we do, this is a juxtaposition of what we were showing at the top of the previous slides, the historic norm and what we've got today. So in this,
0:00:00 - 0:37:57we've got a little more detail than the other slides. And again, none of this is to scale. Don't take any of this too literally. It's the ideas that matter being quote unquote normal, that is not the same as being holy. There's no such thing as holiness without full submission to God. No, I got into
0:37:57 - 0:38:23a little just a minute ago that, that you don't have to have explicit belief in God in order to actually do his will at some level. Um Being honest in all things is the threshold for holiness. If you are truly honest in all things, though, you have repented, you won't do what doesn't make rational sense
0:38:23 - 0:38:48. And that is another way of looking at what sin is. So, uh what looks like a normal distribution or uniform distribution when you zoom in. It's, it's a little clearer that that's not the case. What is the case is that almost everyone is bad, but most people are only a little bad. Now, I have to qualify
0:38:47 - 0:39:14that with saying that being a little bad. It's like only having a little fentaNYL, it'll still kill you if you are evil in any way, you are ineligible for salvation at any level. So these proportions are really important. Um Anyway, what happens is the further on the right of this graph, you are the
0:39:14 - 0:39:40more of God's fullness you will have. And what does that mean? Well, eternal life is to be as God is. And that happens on a gradient. It's like a, a volume knob that goes from zero up to God and how high the volume is determines how much joy you have after this life. But also importantly, during this
0:39:40 - 0:40:14life. So um in these previous slides, when we defined good and evil, we use Satan and um and God here, well, we're transitioning now and we're using the human examples of these individuals. And by examples, I don't mean equivalents, I mean, the people who are most like those. So it's not shown on this
0:40:14 - 0:40:39graph. But you know, Satan and Jesus would be on even further extremes than this. But that's where we're aiming. And this is of all the people that are coming here or who are here. This is how they lay out on this graph. OK. And so I didn't talk about it and I'm not going to elaborate on it, but the
0:40:39 - 0:41:09144,000 in the Book of Revelation, they're on this graph and they represent the first fruits of God or the most righteous people who have ever lived. And um again, avoiding a bunch of details, but they are people who live in the end times. And so these are the epitome of what I'm talking about when I'm
0:41:09 - 0:41:44talking about God sending the most righteous people from all time to earth today. So one question I get from time to time is why would anybody want to live in the end times? Because one of the defining characteristics of this period is the suffering that will occur and the uh the destruction, the the
0:41:43 - 0:42:11terrible things. And the reason is because the whole reason we came to earth is to experience these contrasts because these contrasts are the vehicle for our ascent. We have to be tried in things in order to decide what we want to be, what we really want. And most notably, out of out of every way, you
0:42:11 - 0:42:41could describe that decision is how much exactly do we love God. And that will determine our eternal um situation, not because God arbitrarily rewards or punishes people, but because eternal life is to be like Him. And so to the extent we become like Him, we obtain eternal life by degrees, right? And
0:42:40 - 0:43:02uh our love for Him determines how much of Him is revealed to us because it's tightly coupled to how much of Him we've become a lot more can and will be sad about that. But let's, let's move on. So now I'm getting to the question I promised you, which is why is it that the righteous, the super righteous
0:43:01 - 0:43:24people are not super obvious, whereas the evil ones are, they're going around bashing people's heads in and stealing catalytic converters. So um why are the evil ones more obvious? It's because human nature is evil. If you take super evil person and you send them to earth, you don't need any extra situations
0:43:23 - 0:43:54to trigger them. They come evil, they come here evil, a good person. However, a good person is still going to sin, they're still going to be born as a baby with a baby brain and a baby body, which is a veil over their spirit, meaning it inhibits what their spirit would do on an adult body. This is a
0:43:54 - 0:44:17very important idea. Um They didn't intend to talk about here but it has to do with uh it's very much related to another topic we'll get to. So maybe I'll come back to it. But that idea of a baby body and brain with an adult spirit in it. That's very important. OK. So um I I should say developed spirit
0:44:16 - 0:44:46, your spirit comes as it is, your body starts as it is as a little baby and that's super important. Ok. Um jeez, I, I could probably talk for a few hours on that. I'm just trying to shove all those away those thoughts. So good comes from above. It's not so much about what the person brings, it's what
0:44:45 - 0:45:12they react to and how they react to what comes from above, through the Holy Ghost, through other people and through everything else that's already here, like the scriptures, right? So the question is not, why are the good ones, not so obvious, but what activates the good ones? So I want you to think
0:45:12 - 0:45:33about an engine or if you know what a flywheel is, think about that. A lot of people don't. So that's a fun thing to look into. The bigger the fly wheel, the more useful it is for what it does, the more it can do, but the more energy it takes to get it spinning. If you think about an engine, it's, it's
0:45:33 - 0:46:00a, it's a similar idea. If you have a monster engine, it's super powerful. It's not gonna be uh very easy to turn that thing over. You need a really strong starter motor to get it going. And so if you don't have a starter motor, a really powerful engine just becomes a really giant expensive paperweight
0:45:59 - 0:46:19without the engine starter motor, the appropriate starter motor is strong enough for the engine, the engine is useless and the flywheel needs the energy to get it spinning. Now, once it's spinning, it takes very little energy to keep it going. That's why, for example, if you've ever used a manual meat
0:46:19 - 0:46:38grinder or wheat grinder, they had these giant metal wheels on the side and that's where the handle is. And the reason for that is it keeps things going smoothly with minor effort. Once it's rolling, you don't notice all the little berries going through and, um, creating that, that, uh, friction. Not
0:46:38 - 0:46:59as much as if you didn't have one of those fly wheels. It would be almost impossible to turn that on. Just a regular knob. And, uh, I, I have a, a, an apple crusher that's manual. And um the difficulty of that task, there's no fly wheel, it's just a direct shaft. Um The difficulty of that task is, is
0:46:59 - 0:47:20witnessed to by the fact that I always get my kids to do it. So that's fun. I take my turn too, but we do share the load because it's not fun. So you need something to activate these people. You need the energy imparted to the fly wheel. You need the starter motor for the engine. And this is a very important
0:47:19 - 0:47:46idea because that impetus comes from heaven and it comes from heaven in the form of people that God sends down from heaven. Ok. So I may explain this a little better than I intended to a little more if we go back to. Yeah, this one will work. If we go back to this graph, these people here are needed
0:47:45 - 0:48:14to activate these people here and these people here are needed to activate these people here because all good comes from heaven. So God has to send down these people before these people get what they need to get going. But all these guys, they come pre baked. They don't, they get worse being here. That's
0:48:14 - 0:48:37what I was trying to explain up here. But they already start pretty bad. So there are many worse things coming in. Much higher numbers than thugs randomly punching old people on the street or even people breaking into other folks homes or um whatever, you know, squatting in their houses and all these
0:48:37 - 0:49:05other things, much worse things are coming much worse things in much higher quantities. So, um so let's go through some more questions to understand the necessity of all this. Why did the best and the worst have to be here at the same time. The answer is they actuate each other. So without the bad, um
0:49:05 - 0:49:32earth couldn't provide any kind of opportunity that Heaven didn't already provide. So I mentioned that that people are co located in heaven. You don't have free. Um The, the, the the exchange between people is limited in a hierarchical way. The the higher people can go lower to an extent, but there are
0:49:32 - 0:49:54limitations there. I'm not getting into that now. But basically the the the lower people cannot associate with the higher people outside of very strict limitations. And so there's no opportunity there that's comparable in any way to the opportunities here, just like the opportunity in the end times is
0:49:54 - 0:50:18incomparable to the opportunity at any other time. This earth, the whole creation is an opportunity that far exceeds anything that could happen in heaven. And the end times is an opportunity that far exceeds anything that could happen at any other time. So what would would uh would have happened? So
0:50:18 - 0:50:36now we get into timing questions. Why did God wait till the end to send the baddies the worst people? Now, that's not to say he didn't send really bad people throughout history. It's just they were very limited in number and intensity, but mostly in number. There were some really good people that came
0:50:35 - 0:50:59through throughout time, but their numbers were extremely limited and the situations they arrived in were very singular. Um So there's never been a time where there are a whole bunch of Moses is running around or a whole bunch of Noah, there was one Noah, there was one Moses. So um why did God wait to
0:50:59 - 0:51:20send the worst ones? The reason is they would overwhelm normal people. So I said most people will do uh good things if they're put into the right situation and by good, I just mean baseline normal what you would expect out of a decent human being. Well, those same exact people, if you put them into the
0:51:20 - 0:51:42right situation, they will do horrifically bad things, horrifically bad things. This is well known, look up the Milgram experiments. Um But, but if you just have eyes, you can see this all around you. Um in the right circumstances, normal people commit atrocities because normal people aren't good, they'll
0:51:42 - 0:52:05do good if they're put into a structure that makes it very obvious that it's in their best interest that, that it will make them feel good uh in the moment. But once you leave them to a situation that's a very structured space and it's structured by very good people. Normal people only act normal when
0:52:05 - 0:52:29they're in a structure created by very good people, you take that away and you give them a structure created by very bad people and they commit atrocities. So the bad ones, the really bad ones were saved to the end so that normal people could still have an opportunity to have a, a positive experience
0:52:28 - 0:52:54here to get it, to get some kind of improvement. And um that's, that's the way. So that's, that's why the folks who get here now, they seem to start in the same normal distribution as historically. That's up here. But very quickly, a difference is made because they realize very quickly that what was
0:52:53 - 0:53:17is not, what is that they're not normal at all. The evil people realize that they've been giving a given a blank check in terms of what they can do in evil. And so they run rampant and the good people realize how different they are from everyone else and they accept the invitation to do more good than
0:53:17 - 0:53:41a normal person would and to sacrifice more, to grow more. All right. Where were we? Um So why did God wait to send the best? This, this is probably a whole bunch of stuff you've never thought about. Um The reason is they would also overwhelm normal people. Now, wait a second. How does that work? Well
0:53:40 - 0:54:08, now I said normal people do good when they're put into structures created by very good people. But what about really, really, really good people? It becomes too much. You see all of us, every person has a um a threshold of how far beyond how they are that, that they, they are willing to perceive and
0:54:08 - 0:54:31receive. It's all a gradual thing. So if you're just a normal person, you're only going to perceive and receive someone who's just a little better than you and that's still your choice. But what I'm saying is when they get pretty far, but beyond that, you can't even see it anymore. And in fact, the better
0:54:30 - 0:54:51someone is, the more likely they will, they will seem evil to you, not even less good or just normal. You will, everything that saturates your ability to perceive, you will turn to the other side and assume it's evil. And the best example of this is Jesus. People didn't reject him because they thought
0:54:51 - 0:55:12he was a mediocre holy man. They rejected him because they thought he was evil. So the things they accused him of the reasons they accused him were the very demonstrations of the father that he came to give. It wasn't, he was having a bad day and he, he, he messed up once and then they just focused on
0:55:12 - 0:55:36that and ignored the really good stuff he did. It was the best things he did that they were so bloodthirsty about. So when he resurrected Lazarus they wanted to kill him, that was their response. It wasn't, it wasn't. Oh, we don't get this or, um, yeah, we don't know what to do with this. He was instantly
0:55:35 - 0:55:54, we want to kill him. How can we kill him? So, don't, don't cross those wires. This is, these are important principles. Although they're not known they're important because you're gonna do all the same things. It's human nature, the better someone is, the more likely you're going to see them as evil
0:55:53 - 0:56:19. And that's a topic for another day. It's extremely important to learn how to perceive good and evil correctly. Ok. Um, yeah, because it's not as, as simple as just inverting whatever you perceive because you will also perceive very evil people as very evil. Well, as evil, probably not as evil as they
0:56:19 - 0:56:40are but, uh, you'll at least know what side of the axis they're on. Um, yeah, II, I could say more about that but we'll just keep rolling. So very good people will overwhelm normal people. What do I mean by overwhelmed? Well, they feel like they can't keep up and they're just being blasted by light and
0:56:40 - 0:57:00it's really good, but it's just, it's just a little too much, it's too intense. That's not what I mean. Although that happens, what I mean is normal. People will see them as evil and then they will try to kill them if they're good enough. If they're less good than that, they'll just try to persecute
0:56:59 - 0:57:19them. They'll make up lies about them. They'll try to, they'll go out of their way to limit their influence. They'll make it harder for them to hold down jobs, whatever they can do, they'll try to get to their family or they'll just kick them out, they just want them to go away. So um that's what happens
0:57:19 - 0:57:43. So when, when the really good people come, Jo God's judgment has to come with them. Now, when we think of the phrase God's judgment, I am not sure I know too many people who see that as a good thing. Although there will be people in great numbers who do later. The reason is because judgment does not
0:57:43 - 0:58:09mean punishment. It means the restitution of what is deserved in the judgment day. What is dealt out is not just punishment, it's only punishment for the wicked, for the righteous. They are rewarded in such a way that all of their suffering is made worthwhile because their suffering doesn't come from
0:58:09 - 0:58:34their wickedness. It comes from their righteousness and God will restore to them restitution for all their suffering, their unmerited suffering. And that is a boon. It's not God doesn't God doesn't restore the righteous by just giving them equal to what they suffered. It gives them more. That is the
0:58:34 - 0:58:57point actually, the point of, of how creation is and the fact that the righteous are subjected to so much unmarried suffering. It's for their benefit. It's a, it's a catapult into greater blessing than they had before. It is the mechanism and much more will be said on that later. So the point though
0:58:57 - 0:59:23is that uh God is just even though he mercifully allows some uh delays or suppression in that justice for a time, there are limits, there are limits and when those limits are reached, his judgment has to come. That's why God flooded the earth in the days of Noah. And that is why the end of the world
0:59:23 - 0:59:45occurs in terms of the destruction of the world. Uh This is why the wicked are eventually destroyed. So that's why he waited. If he had sent these people before, it would have robbed all of the folks who are less righteous than them from any benefit that they could have had in coming to earth and living
0:59:44 - 1:00:09. But it also would have triggered the end of the world because as soon as people rise up and live the fullness of God's gospel, the people who don't, will try to kill them. And in many cases will be successful and only so much of that can happen before God has to intervene and give the righteous what
1:00:09 - 1:00:39they have merited by destroying the wicked. Now, even that everything God does, it just, it just uh drips with mercy and love and even that does because the way He does that is that he organizes the situation just right. So that uh anyone who stands any chance of coming out of that is given the opportunity
1:00:38 - 1:01:02in terms of the wicked, any chance they have of turning around, they're given that opportunity and it only happens when it's absolutely impossible for any of them to turn and come the other way. Um That's a topic that I don't think I can explain more right now for, for the sake of time. All right, let's
1:01:01 - 1:01:24move on. So, um I want to teach you about this idea of the bad being removed as the good become better that this is actually the exact reason of, of what or the mechanism of what I was just referring to with getting to the point where it's impossible for the bad to turn around. This is this is why OK
1:01:23 - 1:01:47, um The, the greater the light you turn away from the more darkness you become. So, um let's go back up to this graph. I, I said I wasn't gonna talk about it now, I'm gonna talk about it because it's actually why this split occurs as well. It's, it's, it's another facet of that one is the kinds of people
1:01:47 - 1:02:06coming to the earth, but they get worse, not just because they come to the earth worse, but because they're turning away from greater light. And so they move further this way. And when you move further this way, the question is what's gonna bring you back? Because the only thing that can bring you back
1:02:06 - 1:02:32is is repentance. But it's easier to move this way than it is to move this way because you can do this in one step. You can't do this in one step. You have to come back up through it. And uh that's a time limited endeavor. Anyway, we'll move on. So the bad removed as the good become better. I want you
1:02:32 - 1:03:02to imagine a series of nets and uh a bunch of fish. And I guess we have sharks here for some reason. Anyway, a bunch of fish and um some detritus, some garbage. And what happens is if we had a net that uh it somehow filtered out badness, but we, we had several layers of these sorts of nets and the mesh
1:03:02 - 1:03:25got tighter with each layer. Then then as you went through this only the best would get through, right? And it would be successive. So the numbers would drop as you went through each net. But the quality of what remains would increase. This is really important because this pattern explains all sorts
1:03:25 - 1:03:49of things like when the righteous say the more I learn about God, the lonelier I become because um He shows me more of his goodness. And then I realize how far from that so many people in the world are in the circle of people I can interact with and find anything like what I know God provides shrinks
1:03:48 - 1:04:17. This is what they're talking about. But another application of this pattern is that um is how things will go in our day in the end of the world. Uh What happens is God orchestrates for events that filter out the worst among us. And this happens successively. And so what you're left with over time is
1:04:17 - 1:04:39better and better. Now, if you're not totally confused, lost or glazed over yet, you'll come back to this and say now wait a second if through time these filters are applied and what's better and better is the only thing left. How does this split happen? How do people get worse? This is a super important
1:04:38 - 1:05:07idea. It's because each time the worst are taken out, that's what this red box is removed. Each time, the worst people are taken out what remains is better people. But then those people further um differentiate and that means that uh the people in here that turn away from the light, they don't just become
1:05:07 - 1:05:32as evil as the ones that were removed, they become more evil. Do you get it? The only way to get down here is to turn away from light up here, which first you have to receive. Satan didn't become Satan because he was some low ranking angel and then turned away from his light. He was very high ranking
1:05:31 - 1:05:56and then he turned away from that and that's what took him all the way down here. He was really high and then he rejected all that. Do you get that? So as the bad, where were we as the batter removed? Oh, great. All these people are up to a certain level. Yes. But a whole bunch of them will turn away
1:05:56 - 1:06:20from the light when, well as soon as God sends better people, he sends better people into the mix. And that's what generates the split and then they split and then the worst ones are taken out and you get what's left and this just keeps going. So here's another picture of this. So you start off with
1:06:19 - 1:06:40just everything there is. I don't know why I used the paint pocket for that. But, and then there's a filter sheep from the goats. You're left with a smaller set because we're not talking about through time. As in generations, all these people are already here. There's a huge idea that makes people's
1:06:40 - 1:07:01heads explode when I tell them the now. And you're gonna say, well, what about babies being born today? You know, bear with me. So there's 7 billion people on the planet and a very small number relatively are born every day. Um Is this gonna go on for 100 years? 10 years, 50 years. Let's not get all
1:07:01 - 1:07:24hung up about that. The earth's uh the human existence has been at least 6000 as a percentage. We could be talking about 100 years and all this is still true, right? But just don't get hung up on all those tiny details. So you got everybody, there's an initial filtration and then another split and then
1:07:24 - 1:07:44another filter and then another split, another filter, another split, what you're left with is the best of the best. And everyone else has been filtered out. Now again, don't get hung up on the details because a lot of the sheep die. This doesn't mean just die. All these people do die, the goats die
1:07:44 - 1:08:06, ok? But some of the sheep died too. So, but they are still in God's kingdom. They've remained true and faithful to the light that they had. But they have to excuse me. They also have to leave before this point because it's, it's too far from where they are. They can't get to that point. They don't
1:08:06 - 1:08:26have enough faith. OK? And here's your scripture. If you, if you want to know more about these things, reread Jacob five probably 50 times. But here's a very brief chunk from it. You shall clear away the branches which bring forth bitter fruit according to the strength of the good and the size thereof
1:08:25 - 1:08:57the Lord is speaking to the servant who helps administer his vineyard. The Lord is speaking to his servant that helps administer the vineyard and he tells the servant to take the rest of the servants that are still there and come down to the vineyard to prepare it for the last days. Here's the whole
1:08:57 - 1:09:22verse um where he's talking about grafts. We're gonna get into grafts at least a little today, but I in no way am gonna lay all this out. I'm not telling you even 1% of what I will. Here's a great example of that. There are things on this slide that I'm not gonna talk to you about. I'm not, these are
1:09:22 - 1:09:45the seals in the Book of Revelation on the scroll. I'm not getting into that today, but the point is the earth is subjected. I'm I put these in here one so that when I do tell you about these things, you know that I knew about them years before I told you and two because this is what it is. These, these
1:09:44 - 1:10:09are connected. But um I'm, I'm not addressing that right now. Notwithstanding, I'm giving you a map that you can use to learn a lot for yourself. But I also wouldn't waste my time with that because you have bigger fish to fry in terms of figuring out your own life and orienting yourself to God. Um These
1:10:08 - 1:10:36things will be given to you in time by those whose job it is to do so. So anyway, if you think about water, fire and the sun, um everyone is subjected to the flood of what is in the world and what will shortly be. And in that time, that's when these things are happening. It's the filter circumstances
1:10:35 - 1:11:07change, consequences change, things get really bad. And there's a split people who don't live up to a certain level of God's law will be removed. And this is where I, I showed that some of the sheep died too, ok? And then the ones that will benefit from continuing will be saved from that and then comes
1:11:07 - 1:11:41the fire. That's another level of God's law. Those who would benefit from continuing do and those who wouldn't are removed. And each time I put perdition on here, each time the goats, they've rejected great light and they're judged for that. It's not a good thing. All right. So just briefly touching
1:11:41 - 1:12:11on these uh all of the sudden kinds of removals because there's ongoing removals that are over time. And then there are ones that are more all of the sudden. So, uh in the United States, there will come a moment, an event that removes everyone who's not living the terrestrial standard. And then at another
1:12:10 - 1:12:41time, that same standard will be applied to the rest of the world. And then at another time, the full, the fullness of God's gospel will be applied to the entire world. And each time that provides a filter through which only those living up to that law will pass. All right, with that, we're ready for
1:12:41 - 1:13:03the final one I'm going to do today should probably be the hardest one for you to believe. OK. This is about where you are and where you could be. And, and what do I mean, I mean, we're not talking about your physical location per se. We're talking about your location in the Kingdom of God. Uh And that's
1:13:03 - 1:13:22where I meant to move this over from the other side. And then I accidentally just copied it instead of removing it from my uh big pile of things I was gonna talk about. Here's a picture I made. Um This is an example of something that you never would have come up with, but here it is and I'm just giving
1:13:21 - 1:13:44you this and you get to decide what to do with it. This is the kingdom of God. When Jesus talks about divine, this is what he's talking about. Now, there are things on the side that I'm gonna talk about today and there's a whole lot on this side that I'm not gonna talk about today. But um this is Jesus
1:13:43 - 1:14:06is the king of kings. This is the father, this is the Son Jesus is the king of kings, which means there's a whole bunch of kings in his kingdom below him and each of those kings has their own kingdom. Now, there are figures here and there are different colors and they all have meaning, but I'm not talking
1:14:05 - 1:14:24about them today. If you, if you wanna dig into that, you're welcome to, I'd recommend it is not worth your time. Um, because like I said, you have bigger fish to fry. We have this tendency to look beyond the mark, which is to ignore the things we know we need to work on and to spend all of our time
1:14:24 - 1:14:44and effort trying to see things that are ahead of where we stand instead of doing that. And it's a funny thing to try to get further light and truth from God when you're actively rejecting what he's already given you. And uh news flash, it doesn't work. So uh we, we ought to dig into the things that
1:14:44 - 0:00:00we don't know, but we ought to do that through the things that we know we need to work on. That's the way. So this is a, this is a hierarchy and it, it includes every single person, every single child of God is on this thing somewhere. These dot dot Dots is just, I, I haven't drawn out all the full,
0:00:00 - 1:15:36the full network. OK? But everyone's on here somewhere and there's a whole lot of levels in between. Um All right, I could go into more about that but it not now. So, so why does that matter? OK, you are on this graph? You are on this graph somewhere, you were before you were born. You are now and you
1:15:35 - 1:16:07will be when you die and you will be after that. And uh the whole purpose of life is to ascend. That's why you're here. That's why all of us are here is to facilitate, to facilitate the ascent of all people as far as they're willing to go. That's the purpose. So um where you are is really important to
1:16:07 - 1:16:26understand because you need to know where you're starting. If you're gonna go anywhere and then you need to understand these two ideas, which are gonna be super duper offensive. How far can you go by yourself? The answer is not Barry. And then how far can you go through the ministry of others? The answer
1:16:26 - 1:16:55is as far as you want to with a, with a caveat that I won't go into today. All right, let's give some context. This is how this flat hierarchy is how almost all Christians see the Kingdom of God. There's God, there's some priest or pastor or whatever, who's basically a peer. They, they have some kind
1:16:55 - 1:17:17of special allotment when it's convenient. Like if we're Catholic, it's nice to think of a priest as a servant of God when we have to confess. But if he says something from the pulpit about how we should vote and we don't like it. He's just a normal man or your pastor or your bishop or whatever, same
1:17:17 - 1:17:37diff and here's all your believers they're just, we're all the same. Right? Except this person who's a little different when it's convenient. And then this is how you start your life. You weren't saved. So, you're down here with the unbelievers. You're not in the kingdom, right? And then here's the purpose
1:17:36 - 1:18:01of life. Are you ready? That's it. That's it. You get baptized or you say a certain prayer and then you're good. You're in the kingdom. And, um, the purpose of life is to get as many of these dots up here as we can. So we just, we constantly nag these people till they do our one or two things that we
1:18:01 - 1:18:27did. And now we're all in God's kingdom and yay. So if this is true, God is the most inept incapable being that we could ever imagine because he had to go through such enormous lengths to make this world everything that entailed everything it is entailed in the scriptures where he has, he has uh gotten
1:18:26 - 1:18:50so many people to go through so many atrocious things for the benefit of others. And this is the whole purpose is for someone to say, I believe in God because boom, you're there. That's it. That, that is beyond absurd. But instead of just uh openly mocking people that believe this, let's get into some
1:18:49 - 1:19:15, some logic and some facts, the facts are that all people begin connected to God, at least in one way. But then also all people begin disconnected from God in another. OK? This is something they get, right? So we begin disconnected from God in one way. And the goal is to become connected to God, right
1:19:14 - 1:19:41? But, but there is only one way in this view, but there are two aspects of this connection. So one is that all of us have sinned. And that's the disconnection from God that we start with, not from birth, but from our choice. As soon as we're, we're cognizant enough, we decide to disobey God. And you
1:19:41 - 1:20:00could say, well, I didn't know about God when I was a little kid. Yeah, but you knew right from wrong at some level, you knew right from wrong and you did wrong. That's all it takes. But this part is not really discussed. So we're gonna talk about the existing connection you have, we're gonna lay this
1:20:00 - 1:20:21out and then this part is not on their model at all, which is that the purpose of life? Yes, we have to choose to follow God. But that's just one choice. Ok? I'm actually gonna do this one first. It's just one choice. It's absolutely required. But when they talk about choosing God through the sinner's
1:20:21 - 1:20:45prayer or getting baptized or something, that is not the choice to follow God. It, it can co occur with that. Absolutely. But the choice is something else. It's orienting your entire life towards Him. It's saying I fully submit to God in all things forever. No, matter what no qualifications, the purpose
1:20:44 - 1:21:16of life, the real purpose of life starts after that, which is to grow through continuous learning and improvement. It's to ascend in the kingdom of God because I haven't said this yet. Your position in this tree is 100%. The same is how much like God you are. Those are the same thing. So doing this is
1:21:16 - 1:21:38well and good, but it's not moving you any closer to God. Not really if that's the only change, you're actually still down here, buddy. If you're not actually more like him, in some way, you're still down here. Even if you've been baptized, even if you've had all the rights, whatever your church offers
1:21:38 - 1:22:00, it doesn't matter if you're not more like God, you're still down here. Nothing has changed. Not really. All right. OK. So let's dive deeper into this idea that all people have access to God via the spirit. This is we're all connected to God that that's how you become disconnect. You have to have a
1:22:00 - 1:22:23connection to know right from wrong. And then even though you do disconnect here, this one's still good with two connections. John 19, Jesus was the true light which lighte every man that cometh into the world. There's no qualifications on that. Everyone's got it, whatever this is talking about, everyone
1:22:23 - 1:22:50has it. Paul said the manifestation of the spirit is given to every man and John three. Jesus said, God sent not his son into the world, to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned, but he that believeth not, is condemned already because
1:22:50 - 1:23:10he hath not believed in the name of the holy begotten begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation that light has come into the world. And men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil for every one that doeth evil, hate the light, neither cometh to the light, lest His deeds
1:23:10 - 1:23:34should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light that his deeds may be manifest, that they are wrought in God. And what Jesus is describing here is coming to the true vine and descending. Ok? It's, it's accepting this light that's given to every man and then getting more and as you get
1:23:34 - 1:24:05more, what does it do? It reveals darkness in you that you didn't know about. And then you fix that too. And that's how you come to God. Much, much more could be said about that. But we've got to move on while all people have access to God be it the spirit within them. They do not have access in equal
1:24:05 - 1:24:34intensity. What do I mean by that? Matthew 2525 for unto every one that hath shall be given and He shall have abundance. But from Him that hath not, shall be taken away. Even that which He hath if you perceive and receive the quantity of the spirit of God that you already have access to, you will receive
1:24:34 - 1:24:53more. That's what John going back to John three, the light is coming into the world, but men are condemned because they love darkness rather than light. So additional light is manifested to them. But instead of receiving that or even recognizing it, they just they want to stay in the darkness because
1:24:53 - 1:25:14they hate the light. They don't come to it. They want to stay the same. They want to feel good without being good. But if you are good, you'll come to the light, you'll draw nearer to it. And you know that that's going to show parts in you that you thought were good. It's gonna show them to be not so
1:25:14 - 1:25:39good, it's gonna offer to you something better. That's not already in you. But that's what good people want because their goal is not to feel good as they are, but to become better to become more like God DC 5024. It says that which is of God is light and he that receives light and continue in God receive
1:25:38 - 1:26:09more light and that light grows brighter and brighter until the perfect day and perfect. That's, that's um used in the ancient sense of complete till it's finished. Whereas Paul said that um this is all designed to bring us to the full stature of Christ DNC 8867. If your eye be single to my glory, your
1:26:09 - 1:26:29whole body shall be filled with light and there shall be no darkness in you. And that body which is filled with light, comprehended all things. That's the perfect day. Ok? No darkness in you. You comprehend everything. Your whole body is full of light. And how does it happen by by focusing everything
1:26:28 - 1:26:59you do everything you want, everything you are on God. So we do this differential, differentially, the people differentially receive light. People differentially live in it. People differentially grow. Um a 2622. He he says that these things come to those who are penitent, they recognize and fix the
1:26:59 - 1:27:18things that are wrong with them. They repent, they exercise faith, they bring forth good works and good works. Doesn't mean like here's my laundry list of things that are considered good works. What it means is you work according to how you imagine Jesus would in your place. You make all your choices
1:27:17 - 1:27:36using Jesus as your compass. And he says, unto such is given to know the mysteries of God. Sorry, I skipped one, pray continually without ceasing these people believe there's a lot more to know than what they know. And they're constantly pestering God to show them more, which means that first they have
1:27:36 - 1:27:57already applied what they have. And these are they who are given the mysteries of God. It says unto such, it shall be given to reveal things which have never been revealed and it shall be given unto such to bring thousands of souls to repentance. Those are tremendous blessings, great promises and they
1:27:57 - 1:28:17happen differentially now they happen. God is impartial. He uses the same laws of cause and effect with everybody. And what that means is anyone who obtains the law and lives it, who does the cause? They're gonna get the same effect. So if, if, if there are people who do these things, these are the outcomes
1:28:16 - 1:28:42and you don't have to exercise faith to believe this because I'm showing you in this presentation all kinds of things that have never been revealed. So that's an evidence that different people grow to different extents in God and God reveals things to them that differ from others. So this is absolutely
1:28:41 - 1:29:10the case. So what, how can we break down and, and make simple what these differences are? People differ in the degree to which they perceive receive value and become like God because of the choices, the differences in the choices they make in what they do, how they feel, what they desire, what they think
1:29:09 - 1:29:32and how they think these are all choices. And we do not make the same choices in these areas, make very different choices and it has very different effects. If we made the same choices, we'd have the same effects. But we don't, we can dive into this further. And that's what we're gonna spend a lot of
1:29:32 - 1:30:01time on now. The fact is that everything good comes from above and the natural man is an enemy to God. You can't find out more about God except through and from him. So even when we tweak our decisions about what we do and how we feel and what we desire and what we think and how we think we need to understand
1:30:01 - 1:30:24that these aren't just organic things where we're in a cave somewhere by ourselves. And we're precisely orienting all of these things towards what we think God is. That's not the way this works. We should do that, not the cave part, but absolutely circumscribe your whole life according to how you sincerely
1:30:24 - 1:30:47believe God to be. But the point is that's still relying on yourself. You know what's funny is we're gonna get into a phrase here or at least mention it called the arm of the flesh. And when you talk to people about the role of other people in one's progress towards God, this phrase always comes up is
1:30:47 - 1:31:12always saying that's the arm of the flesh. A much more accurate definition of the arm of the flesh is believing that you can do this on your own without anybody else. And the reason that's a more accurate uh use of the word is because all through the scriptures, every example you have of the gospel flowing
1:31:11 - 1:31:41from God to others. It is always involving other people, always. So to turn away from those other people as, oh, that's the arm of the flesh. It's only the arm of the flesh if God didn't send them or if you're leaning on them beyond his purposes and his justifications for that, that's anyway, let's get
1:31:40 - 1:32:03into a little bit more logic. So here's a question for you. And this is something that again, if we were face to face, we spend more time on and be more personal. How much can you come to know God of your own accord through the Holy ghost alone? So, in a cave by yourself, um I can't even give you a copy
1:32:03 - 1:32:26of the scriptures in this scenario because that's other people, right? That's why I'm saying everything you know about God has come through other people um or built upon what came through other people. So if you were just born in a cave by yourself, how far would you get? Well, even without the whole
1:32:26 - 1:32:47cave scenario with all of the interactions you've had with other people so far. Even so we can't, we can't actually control for that variable because you've been through it already. But anyway, the answer is wherever you are right now, that's it, right. So, and you might say, well, I'm, but I'm still
1:32:47 - 1:33:06God's teaching me things. Yeah, great. So let's plot God teaching you things on a graph. And let's say this is the the lifespan of a human. And let's say you're here, right? Maybe you're younger, maybe you're older, but you're somewhere on this graph. If you were to plot out your whole life's trajectory
1:33:05 - 1:33:28and learning more about God, this is God's glory here. How far have you come compared to every single person who was righteous in the scriptures? Because I would contend that they're probably, they probably experienced much more than you just based off what's in the scriptures, not filling in the blanks
1:33:28 - 1:33:51of what's not there about the rest of their lives. Just that just that I think you're way below that. And I think that, you know, as well as I do that with a lot, the years remaining to you and your current slope, you will not hit that line. So explain that to me, how is it that you, your experience
1:33:51 - 1:34:13is so far below what every single person in the scriptures who is righteous experienced and, and tell me, explain to me how that's magically gonna jump up with just the Holy Ghost alone. Now, don't get too offended by my use of that phrase. I'm gonna qualify it in a minute. What about the spiritual giants
1:34:12 - 1:34:34? Quote unquote, what about the, the Noah and the Moses is. What about what Jesus did? And now we get into territory that people get uncomfortable with. But you need to remember top line, Jesus promised his disciples would do more than he did because he was going to the father to intercede on their behalf
1:34:33 - 1:34:58. And with him in place. We would be able to do more than he did in his mortal ministry. So we're down here fighting over the scraps. We haven't even touched the first line here and, and you know, people who argue against what I'm trying to say. Here they go on and on about, oh, hey, you want, I don't
1:34:58 - 1:35:23need another man to draw closer to God. Well, show me through your works. That that's the case because what you're actually saying is I am nowhere near where I know I should be as a disciple of Christ. But I would like to believe that somehow I'm magically gonna transform into much more than I am given
1:35:23 - 1:35:47just the tools I've already been using pretty much my whole life. Guess what? That's, that's an insensible position. It's irrational. It's, it's delusional. You have no evidence to believe that you, you would need God to tell you, hey, uh I know your whole life. You really haven't gotten that far in
1:35:47 - 1:36:09terms of your progress with me. But when you turned 73 years old, I'm going to give you a gift and you're magically gonna be transformed into everything I told all of my disciples to expect in their lives. So if you had that experience, let me know, here's something that's more realistic though because
1:36:09 - 1:36:31I don't know that people do this, that actually be really impressive if you had this, this mono monotonic increasing line. But it's probably a zig zag. And so that's kind of even worse because how are you gonna say right now if this was your 401k, would you have any confidence that it's just gonna explode
1:36:30 - 1:37:0010,000% next week? But when it's been nothing but zigzagging your whole life, that's an absurd expectation. So I'm gonna cut to the chase here before I keep going on in our former presentation. I talked about through time how God will send greater uh light and truth through more righteous people at the
1:37:00 - 1:37:25end. So if you want to ask what's missing, why is it that your line is so low, I'm gonna say two things. First and foremost, you have not repented. That's the first thing OK? And nothing else that's gonna happen is gonna help you until you do. But the second thing because you're, you're still gonna be
1:37:25 - 1:37:49in big trouble after that. The second, as far as getting up here. The second thing is you don't understand how the ministry of men works, how God uses human angels, mortal angels. I'll say mortal angels to convey light and truth, greater light and truth. And so were one of these folks or a collection
1:37:49 - 1:38:11of these folks show up? You wouldn't even notice and you'd keep zigzagging cause one, you have to repent to make any use of what they do and who they are. But two, you have to understand how this works and let go of your false traditions. Which is, is clinging to the arm of the flesh by saying I'm gonna
1:38:11 - 1:38:38do it myself uh alone. You have to let go of all that or you won't benefit from what they bring. Let me give you an example that has nothing to do with spirituality has to do with information. So that's extremely coupled but not in the minds of most, not too long ago, the internet was limited to 56 K
1:38:38 - 0:00:00modems. Uh Before the internet, people used other forms of communication. And for comparative purposes, I put down Morse code here. So any conveyance of information, it has something called a bandwidth and that represents the greatest quantity of information that can be passed over a period of time.
0:00:00 - 1:39:22And so in this case, we're talking about per second and I wanted to go through this example because I think it's, it's very useful. It's a rich example to help understand the relative differences that can exist between people when it comes to the bandwidth of the spirit. Because the spirit is a channel
1:39:21 - 1:39:45of information and it is information. So your relationship, your bandwidth with the spirit is one of the many things uh that, that over which you could characterize your connection to God. How much can he give you in how little time across how many subjects to what depth and against how many of the things
1:39:45 - 1:40:10you thought you already believed? Or uh what, what response and intensity would you show relative to how much you cared about that before. He said anything. Um, there's a whole lot of nuggets and what I just said that I'm not gonna elaborate on for now. Um, ok, so say you've got the content of a DVD
1:40:09 - 1:40:39with my internet and I did a speed test this morning. It would take 3.8 minutes to download with, um, a legacy cable modem, uh, that you can get a gigabit cable modem and I didn't want to complicate things, but um with a cable modem modem, a normal cable modem, um it'll take 12.5 minutes. So about four
1:40:39 - 1:41:02minutes compared to 12 minutes. That's an enormous difference. Imagine if you could get to know God three times faster, then you go to Legacy Legacy Satellite, which I was cursed with for several years where I live. Um And that was 100 and 25 minutes for a, for a DVD or would be, I shouldn't say that
1:41:02 - 1:41:28was, that would be um and that's before you use up your allotment for the month. And then it gets um it gets uh governed down to, I think like 1/5 of that or 1/10 of that something atrocious. It might even get governed down to 56 K. I don't remember. It was really, really, really bad. Then there's DS
1:41:27 - 1:41:50L that would take 208 minutes. 56 K old school modem would be 100 and 86 hours, then you've got which the, the download would probably fail during that time, by the way. And then you'd have to start over. Then you've got Morse Code. Morse Code would take you 74 years to transmit the information on a
1:41:50 - 1:42:16DVD. 74 years, which is the age of man. So I think this is a very rich example. So imagine if you could get what some people, in fact, so Morse Code is the best people could do for a really long time. 56 K was in my lifetime and and Starlink just came out. So these things are happening in an exponentially
1:42:16 - 1:42:37increasing way. But imagine if all you had was Morse Code, which was an innovation that wasn't around all the time. But if most people had Morse Code, but some people add Starlink, do you think that that would cause a difference in the amount of information they had access to or the amount of information
1:42:37 - 1:42:59they acquired? What kind of a difference would that make if we're talking something that God wanted to teach you that would occupy a DVD worth of space? And it took 74 years, that would mean that one person would have to devote their entire life to learning that. But if this kind of difference were to
1:42:59 - 1:43:21exist spiritually, and I will tell you it's actually more extreme than this. Not only does it exist, it's more extreme, then another person could learn all of those same lessons in 3.8 minutes. So if this were to occur, so then now let's get into the fact that you're not going to spend your entire life
1:43:20 - 1:43:47explicitly studying about God. Most people go their entire lives without even thinking about him. So most Christians, it's like maybe an hour or two on a Sunday. So now take that Starlink person and let them devote four hours a day to this. Completely devoted no distractions every day for years. What
1:43:46 - 1:44:09do you think the difference is gonna be between that person and the Morse Code guy? They'll still look the same on the outside. But what's the difference? So, are you telling me that Morse Code guy should go around saying no, I've got Morse Code. I don't need anything or anyone else. Thank you very much
1:44:08 - 1:44:30. I'm not interested in your Starlink and I'm not interested in your guy who has Starlink. I'm good. Right. But what if Starlink guys pirating movies left and right. Nonstop. 24 7 and he's got this collection of thousands and thousands of movies. Morse Code guy is like, no, I'm good. If I just keep at
1:44:30 - 1:44:56it all my life, I'm gonna get like five minutes of a movie and that's good enough for me. So I think we've drained that analogy of it's worth, but there's a little more, um, summing this up one. It turns out that there is a connection of past versus present in this analogy. That's very similar to the
1:44:56 - 1:45:16way God sending people an information to the earth today compared to the, the past, I've already gone into this. Um, but also if you were to tell Morse Code guy, hey, there's, um, a DVD, you should download it. They'd say, well, that's impossible. How am I even gonna do that? That's ridiculous. But all
1:45:16 - 1:45:35of a sudden as the bandwidth increases, it's not so ridiculous. Right. And maybe, maybe you have terrible bandwidth or not perfect bandwidth, but you have a DVD player. So if someone else can download it for you and then give you the DVD. Wouldn't that be worth something? Exactly? What would it be worth
1:45:35 - 1:45:57to the Morse Code guy? It'd be worth a lifetime, it'd be worth a lifetime. Finally, it's of note, I find this very interesting that I have way faster internet in the middle of nowhere with Starlink than most people have in a city or in a suburb. And that's super interesting to me because I don't know
1:45:57 - 1:46:16how it is now. But when they were first rolling this out, Starlink was limited to rural areas, which is funny. So, so you couldn't get it in a city and um throughout the scriptures, I, I won't take too much time on this. I just want to kind of point you in this direction. You'll find example, after example
1:46:15 - 1:46:40of God calling people out of organized religion out of cities out of groups. And there's a reason for that. But my favorite example of this is the man born blind who um or John the Baptist, between those two on this topic, John, the Baptist preached in the wilderness. In fact, this is important where
1:46:39 - 1:47:04he preached. It's important. It's where the, the Israelites crossed the, the Jordan river into the promised land. That's where he preached. So um that's also where Elijah was taken up into heaven later. So, so, so this is very, this is an important spot. It's where Moses was taken up to heaven, where
1:47:04 - 1:47:23Elijah was taken up to heaven where John, the Baptist began his ministry and where Jesus began his ministry and I'll leave it to you to think about the implications of that. But for the purposes of this slide, the reason I mentioned it was specific to the fact that John, the Baptist called people out
1:47:23 - 1:47:40of Jerusalem to come into the wilderness, to hear him, call them to repentance, to hear him, them, him criticize them. That's why they came. So he could say this is what you're not doing right in your life. This is what you could do better. And he did that, he judged them, he went line by line. The the
1:47:40 - 1:48:00soldier said, what could I do better? And he said this and the pharisee said, what could I do better? And he said that and that was his ministry. So if John the Baptist came today. Uh, no one would care. And if anything, all he would get was scorn not visits. Certainly not in the wilderness. He would
1:47:59 - 0:00:00have to harass people in their houses to get any kind of traction, um, or attention I should say. But, um, they certainly wouldn't come out anyway. So that's all really interesting. So, um, the difference between these things is the technology you need the Starlink satellite. You need a cable modem,
0:00:00 - 1:48:45you need a legacy satellite dish, you need the DS L modem and a phone line. You need a phone line and a 56 K modem. Morse code. You still need the tapper thing and the, the telegraph line. So you need the technology to get the bandwidth. But, but in this case, it's not technology, it's, it's just uh
1:48:45 - 1:49:15understanding and how you act. So we were getting into a bit of that before. Where were we up here? The first steps, repentance. It's a necessary prerequisite. OK. But the point I've already alluded to that now I'm gonna dwell on is differences in people are not mostly due to um I don't know, some, some
1:49:14 - 1:49:41arbitrary the difference in the bandwidth. It doesn't come just magically like someone's born on earth and they, they come here with Starlink that, that's not the way it works. You come up through the bottom, you start at zero. The difference is that over time these people, they, you know you were zigzagging
1:49:40 - 1:50:07or you had not so much intensity here. Right. These people went nuts, they went nuts with heat and diligence and, and how nuts orders of magnitude difference. You know, you, you spent your two hours in church every Sunday on your phone at that and these people are consuming their lives learning more
1:50:07 - 1:50:33about God and doing everything. They know enormous difference. Ok. But one of the differences is how they react to the light and truth that God has already made available. Now, we're gonna talk about messengers here because that's the focus. But God is witnessed in all things and through all things and
1:50:33 - 1:50:53your reaction to His light and truth is not limited to what you hear at church. It's not limited to things that are stamped with the brand of religion. It's not limited even to people who come saying I am a prophet that explicitly, it's not even limited to that. It includes all things, all people, all
1:50:52 - 1:51:18situations. But um I can't talk about everything in this long presentation. Um So let's zoom in on this one because this is the thing that people have been uh praying about. So that's what I have to talk about. Here's some points to make. First, let's talk about the internal voice of God that is sovereign
1:51:18 - 1:51:41. It never goes away. It's never superseded. It's never um Yeah, it's always not only part of the picture, it is the central part of the picture. Every single thing that God ever tells you will have to come through that. If it doesn't come through that, it's, you're not, it's either not from God or it's
1:51:41 - 1:51:59not for you right now because God controls your understanding. And, uh, if you're, if you're a fan of the doctrine and covenants, you could read all about this in doctrine and covenants 50 although you've probably read it several times and you don't get it, but it's in there and this is where it's explained
1:51:58 - 1:52:25. Uh the best that's in scripture so far. Um It's always through your internal voice of God, the spirit inside of you, your understanding, it all goes through that your heart and your mind. And if it doesn't, it's not for you or it's not from God. But here's the point. People say like, what's the difference
1:52:24 - 1:52:50between the internal voice and the external voice? I'm gonna tell you. But bef before we go there, what happens, we're, we're not even talking about other people with you. When you hear that internal voice. What happens if you speak or live according to the word of God to you? What happens to you? What
1:52:50 - 1:53:21happens to your actions and your words, Jesus said in John 812, I am the light of the world. He that followeth me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life in Matthew 514. He said, ye are the light of the world a city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. And then in DNC 68 4 says whatsoever
1:53:20 - 1:53:44they shall speak when moved upon by the Holy Ghost shall be scripture, shall be the will of the Lord. Shall be the mind of the Lord shall be the word of the Lord shall be the voice of the Lord in the power of God unto salvation. Now, one thing that makes this unnecessarily complicated is the fact that
1:53:44 - 1:54:11lights have differing brightness. And people want to say that the word of the Lord, whether it's in scripture or through a person or whatever, that it's either 100% or 0%. That's a huge problem. That's a huge problem. Um I can't get into that. There's just not enough time. I, I'm, this has been crazy
1:54:11 - 1:54:31. I got up at two and it's almost eight and I, I do have to work today. But um we, we'll just leave this. I just want to throw that out there. There is a dial of a percentage, right? How much awareness you have? It differs. Sorry, just hit this. Um I talked a lot about this in the glory of God is intelligence
1:54:30 - 1:54:53, which is a book, you can get it if you don't have it. Um But when Jesus said he was the light of the world that was 100%. OK. Uh Ye are the light of the world. That's to the extent that whatever you do is what he would do in your place, whatever you say would be what he, he would say in your place
1:54:53 - 1:55:14. Um There's much, much more to this. I can't, I can't get into this right now. But uh I, I just want to mention it. So the, the point though. So, so I would say what's in DNC 68 4 differently because I think that it, it might give people a false impression that you're either moved upon by the holy ghost
1:55:14 - 0:00:00or you're not. And when you are, it's, it's 100% it's scripture, it's the will of the Lord. That's all there is to it. Um Yes and no, it's all of that to a uh it contextualize on your situation, your understanding the people around you and all that jazz. It's uh it's all cascading light. But anyway,
0:00:00 - 1:56:04my point though is when you are speaking and acting according to the word of God to you internally, you present the word of God externally to other people. That's the point of all this. OK? And that's straight from Jesus said, I'm the light of the world. You're the light of the world follow me. And you
1:56:04 - 1:56:30will also be a light to people. Not because you're the light cause you're not, but to the extent you have my light. That's the light. OK? So I promised you this. Now we're gonna dive into this. We need to understand this idea a little more before we go anywhere else. All of God's angels are humans. All
1:56:30 - 1:56:51of them come to live on the earth in the course of creation, the power of God's angels works the same way. Sorry, as I'm reading that I am told that somebody is gonna object and say, what about the Cherubim? They're, they're animals, they're not animals, they're described as animals to help people, um
1:56:50 - 1:57:17, understand, to give them a path to understand their qualities which far exceed the qualities of normal people and so far exceed them that expressing them in any other way would cause the vast majority of people to minimize um, their glory and what they can show us about God. Um So they're not animals
1:57:16 - 1:57:38, they're humans too and they're humans that come to live on earth in the course of creation. Uh In fact, all of them already have the power of God's angels works the same way as all of God's power. It cours with the degree to which the individual has become like God in character. And what does character
1:57:37 - 1:58:02mean what you do, why you do it, how you feel while doing it. It's everything that makes God God the attributes. God will not make anything available to you beyond what is currently available to you, which you are disobeying or ignoring. This is a law of heaven. You will not get anything else until you
1:58:01 - 1:58:29uh obey what you already perceive well, until you perceive and obey what you see, what you already have access to God will not send an angel from heaven to tell you what you refuse to hear from an angel on earth. This is a very important point. The, the there was a group who responded to Alma in the
1:58:28 - 1:58:49book of Mormon by saying if, because he said, God told me to tell you that if you don't repent, he's gonna destroy your city and all of you. And they said, well, if that's really true, why is he just sending a man? Just one man? Because that's the way he works. That's what he does. Mortal angels can
1:58:49 - 1:59:13do much more than angels from heaven because their glory is completely veiled by their flesh. There is so much more to say about this, but this is I'm just trying to spit all this out so we can get to the next point. Mortal angels are the only beings who can tell you things and do things without the
1:59:13 - 1:59:34glory that accompanies that information. And that's because of the mortal body. It's because of the price they pay in suffering, in faith, unmerited, suffering and through their faith, through their heed and diligence that they chose to exercise. They gained the right to do this. Almost everything I'm
1:59:34 - 1:59:57sharing with you in these presentations carries with it. If, if a resurrected being were to appear to you and tell you these same things or a disembodied spirit from heaven or even God himself. If Jesus came down and told you all these things, that message would have to come with the fire and the glory
1:59:57 - 2:00:26and the light that far exceeds what you can bear right now and still live that I don't know how to say that any plainer, you know, this sentence itself is a microcosm of the point. The fact that people can say what I'm telling you in this presentation as mortals explains to you what the value of mortal
2:00:26 - 2:00:55ministers is. That's what we have access to fundamentally in this life where we gain access to information that far exceeds the glory we can bear in an environment where where through faith in others, we get access to it, not faith in others, the faith of others who have paid the price to gain these
2:00:54 - 2:01:21things from God. We gain access to it through their faith and then we can choose to receive it through our faith. If the glory were there, people would say, well, it's not a test then OK, true. But that's not the real reason. If we were in heaven together, I could not tell you these things because you
2:01:21 - 2:01:50would not be able to approach me. You wouldn't even be able to look at me because the glory that would accompany anyone who tells you this information would exceed what you can bear if you don't already know it. That is the blessing we have of being here now that blessing has laid dormant because for
2:01:49 - 2:02:16many years now, there hasn't been that kind of light and truth on the earth, but we're in the end times and God is dumping it out. And there are many people on the earth right now who are capable of receiving great light and truth and they do and they're sharing it freely there. I say many, there's still
2:02:16 - 2:02:43a tiny fraction of the earth's population. There will always be a small fraction till everyone else is removed. But I hope all that's pretty crystal clear. Ok. So now back to this arm of the flesh business, here's a question for you. Can you use all the word of God that he sends you? Can you say you're
2:02:43 - 2:03:10using it all that you've received it all without recognizing and using that what he sends you through other people. So is receiving God's word through other people, the arm of the flesh. Well, it can be, it is if you do so without regard to the sovereign voice of God inside of you, the spirit, if you're
2:03:10 - 2:03:36just taking things from people because they have fancy titles or whatever that, because your tradition tells you to or because they tell you something that feels good to hear. That's not the, the voice of God inside of you. You're not filtering those things through your, your sovereign source. But if
2:03:36 - 2:04:02you're using your understanding and it seems to be logically complete and intact and point towards improvement towards what is better and it helps you identify in yourself, how God would do differently in your place. Um I, I mean, talking about recognizing the spirit inside of you. That's a big topic
2:04:02 - 2:04:29and that's for later. But the voice of God, it's not independent from other people. It just has to intersect with the voice of God inside of you. This is important. Um, consider the following. Second, Nephi, 32 3 angels speak by the power of the Holy Ghost. Wherefore they speak the words of Christ. Wherefore
2:04:29 - 2:04:49I said unto you feast upon the words of Christ. For behold, the words of Christ will tell you all things what you should do. So, Nephi S is not saying he was a preacher. He's a king, he's a prophet. He's not saying based upon my words for behold, my words will tell you everything you should do. He never
2:04:48 - 2:05:20divorces this uh requirement that it be God's actual words. But he says angels speak by the power of the Holy Ghost and therefore they speak the words of Christ. So the funny thing is on a few levels here. It's funny if you hear the voice of God inside of you, no one, no human is around but God speaks
2:05:20 - 2:05:45to you. Let me ask you this. How do you actually know that it's God speaking the father or the Son and not the Holy ghost. How do you actually know it's the Holy ghost and not an angel? That's an interesting question to think about. But in any case, all of those entities would be speaking the words of
2:05:45 - 2:06:11Christ. So that's why Nephi says Feast upon the words of Christ. They'll tell you all things what you should do. And he's not saying, ignore what angels speak to you. And he's not saying by angels. I only mean glowing beings that dropped out of the sky. He doesn't even say that they have to appear to
2:06:11 - 2:06:35you, right? He's just saying anything like that. Just find the words of Christ. That's what's gonna help you. 75 31 19 and now my beloved brethren, after you have gotten into this straight and narrow path, I would ask if all is done, behold, I say unto you nay for ye have not come thus far, save it were
2:06:35 - 2:06:59by the word of Christ, with unshaken faith in him, relying wholly upon the merits of him who is mighty to save again. So here he sang, um you've only come this far by the word of Christ. Meanwhile, everything these people have heard from him is included in this and probably represents the bulk of what
2:06:58 - 2:07:18they've learned. But he's saying no, no, no. If it's worth anything, it's, it's from God might be through me, but it's from God. It's, it's the point's not me. The vehicle is not the point. And he says, in fact, any in any way that you've grown, it's only because you've wholly relied upon the merits
2:07:18 - 2:07:49of Christ, which is true. And this is, this is one, there are all these protections in the Lord's path. One of them is um light and truth is only as, is a bright and true as it elucidates more about Jesus if you hear something and uh it's not clear how exactly this helps you become more like Jesus than
2:07:49 - 2:08:18you were before you should ask. And if you don't get an answer, that's a pretty good indication that something's not right. The whole point is to learn and become more like Jesus. Ok. So to sum up that bit while the internal voice of God to you is always internal. The voice of God is not just independent
2:08:18 - 2:08:43from other people. It's, it's an intersection. That's what you need to pay attention to is everything that intersects with the inter internal voice of God in you. Because your reaction to God's voice through others will boost or diminish God's voice within you. They're not independent. God's voice is
2:08:43 - 2:09:08a signal and it's to all things and it's through all things. It's a signal. God's light and truth is everywhere in varying intensities and at different visibility. So God's light and truth lights the sun. And so if you stand outside in the sun, you're exposing yourself to God's light and truth. And if
2:09:08 - 2:09:31you do it for too long, it can hurt you because you're not ready for that. But in, in the book of Revelation, we read that there's an angel who stands in the sun. So clearly, this isn't something that this isn't a limitation that all people are subject to. But, but the same goes for all sources of God's
2:09:31 - 2:09:53light and truth. That's why I brought that up. So, so here on earth with uh through other people were given a tremendous blessing to have access to all levels of light and truth. In the end times, it's not true through all, all of time, but that's the blessing at the end of times. So I wanna just this
2:09:52 - 2:10:13idea of your reaction to God's voice through others boosting or diminishing God's voice within you. That could be at least a chapter of text. We don't have time for that. So I'm just gonna share two sets of uh examples with you. Uh One I really like, it's from Luke one and um you can read this. It's
2:10:13 - 2:10:37from verse 39 to verse 55. So what, what's beautiful about? This is Mary and Elizabeth, the mother of Jesus, the mother of John, the Baptist. It says that there were people who were really righteous. That's what, that's what the New Testament says. These were people who um kept God's law and yet, and
2:10:36 - 2:11:00, and they weren't just a little righteous. They were very righteous people. These were chosen women, they were, they were at the top of the female hierarchy somewhere. And Mary comes to visit Elizabeth and when she makes her presence known. Um And Elizabeth hears her voice, John the Baptist as a baby
2:11:00 - 2:11:25jumped in her belly in her womb and it says Elizabeth was filled with the holy ghost. So Elizabeth was not filled with the holy ghost from Mary's voice. She was filled with the holy ghost from John, the Baptist as a baby reacting to the voice of Mary. And then she is so filled with the holy ghost that
2:11:24 - 2:11:51she s she shouts out blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. And she basically says, who am I? That uh someone, you know the mother of my Lord should come to me, someone so righteous. And um and then she shares how, as soon as she heard Mary's voice, the baby jumped in her
2:11:51 - 2:12:13womb and um she says she prophesized, she says everything that uh you've been told that God told you what happened is going to happen, which is a wonderful thing and it's crazy, right? It's, this is really far out there if you, if some random person came to your house and then you start prophesying these
2:12:13 - 2:12:35crazy things, I mean, that'd be weird, right? So these weren't random people and that's, that's the point. So then Mary gets triggered by all of this. Remember we were talking about fly wheels and engines and starter motors and she says, you know, she didn't, she didn't, she didn't come through the gate
2:12:34 - 2:13:04saying crazy stuff. She was just like, hey, you know, whatever their culture was is a greeting. But once Elizabeth says this, then the chain reaction continues and Mary makes this beautiful prophecy, this beautiful praise. Um And I won't read it um cause it's gonna be hard for me to get through um because
2:13:03 - 2:13:30it's so beautiful and you should read it. Now, how did she get all those ideas about that? What inclined her to say these things? So Mary had Jesus inside of her, but that didn't trigger her to say the things she said in verses 46 through 55. She only said them because Elizabeth said what she said to
2:13:30 - 2:14:13her and Elizabeth only said what she said because John the Baptist kicked her and John the Baptist only kicked her because John the Baptist heard the voice of Mary. Mhm And so we see this beautiful tree of impulses and echoes in the net resolve is what Mary says in verses 46 to 55 which are all about
2:14:13 - 2:14:59praise to the God who is in her womb. Isn't that something? He was literally inside of her? But the value in that was only fully felt by her and expressed by her and recognized by her through this chain. And I can't make that plainer. Now, if you go through the scriptures, you'll see tons and tons and
2:14:59 - 2:15:24tons and tons of examples of the spirit growing stronger or weaker inside of someone as a result of how they react to someone else who also has the spirit of God to a greater extent than they do a greater bandwidth, right? Bandwidth is a flow. There's also a history, but let's just gloss over all that
2:15:24 - 2:15:56. So um you can pause this and read those. There are many, many, many, many, many others. It is very clean point to make. All right. Finally, after that very long preamble, here's the point of everything as it applies to your life today. Uh This part of the presentation, we started with this incorrect
2:15:55 - 2:16:17idea of um you know, go through your introductory rites or your little sinner's prayer or whatever. And now magically, you've received everything that God has to offer. Here's something closer to the truth. Now, I put prominently some guy on this circle because it doesn't matter who this is. This is
2:16:17 - 2:16:43not the whole Kingdom of God. This is just some tiny little slice. OK? It's not, I can jump back up here. It's not this. We're zoomed into some bit here at the bottom somewhere cause everyone starts at the bottom when they're born. Um So this is you at birth. I have a key here. The, the width of the
2:16:43 - 2:17:02circle is the amount of light and truth that the person possesses that they've received from God. And then this is a relationship of service in the Kingdom of God. Um Heads up the title of the slides is about to change, but it shouldn't. That's a mistake. That's from an older thing. And I, that's a copy
2:17:02 - 2:17:29paste error. All right. So there's some guy, there's you, there's other folks and guy is just person or not uh gendered here in this. All right. So here's you at birth. Here, this tiny little thing look like a salmon egg and then you grow how through light and truth from where, who cares? Who cares is
2:17:29 - 2:17:51the answer? All right. Did it come direct to you? It better have because otherwise you weren't doing the intersection? But was it influenced through others? How could it not be? It was influenced through everything around you because you're sitting in a chamber which is creation that is emitting light
2:17:50 - 2:18:23and truth from every direction, not all the same intensity, not at all the same uh visibility. All right. But you grew a bit here. How'd you do it? Deuteronomy 83 by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord Doth Man live. That word live is eternal life. You grow towards eternal life through
2:18:23 - 2:18:44every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord. What is his mouth? It could be his literal mouth, but it's everything he created, including other people. It doesn't matter where it comes from, it matters where it originally came from. Uh I should have said that clear. It doesn't matter what it
2:18:44 - 2:19:05comes through. It matters what it who it came from and you already have all the equipment to sort that out. That's what it means to be made in the image of God among many other things. That's one of the properties. This is said in a more elaborate way in DNC 9811, I give unto you a commandment that ye
2:19:05 - 2:19:32shall forsake all evil and cleave unto all good that ye shall live by every word which precedes forth out of the mouth of God, all right. And life progresses and hopefully you keep growing and these arrows, remember there's someone and it might be immortal. It might be an angel in heaven, but someone
2:19:32 - 2:19:56has charge over you to serve you. Ok? So you keep growing and what changed he that keepeth his commandments receive truth and light until He is glorified in truth and knoweth all things behold. Here is the agency of man and here is the condemnation of man because that which was from the beginning is
2:19:56 - 2:20:16plainly manifest unto them and they receive not the light and every man whose spirit receive not the light is under condemnation. You can parallel this with John three. It's the same exact idea just told a little differently. See the the mains streamers, they've got it right that you start out of the
2:20:16 - 2:20:37kingdom. You're condemned already. But they get it wrong in thinking that that condemnation goes away because you said a prayer or God baptized, the condemnation goes away because you fully submit to God in all things. Now, in all things future and you submit to Him, feeding you light and truth through
2:20:37 - 2:21:06His creation, through all of it and notice, receive the light. You don't produce it. You react to it, it comes to you and you react to it. So when you sit here and pridefully say, oh, I'm going to go direct to God. I don't need other people. Well, if God has sent you other people and you're aware of
2:21:06 - 2:21:35other people who know more about Him than you, even in just some way. Are you receiving the light? And if you're not, not only are you not going to God, you're condemned, you're cut off. All right. So you keep growing and then all of a sudden your circle is bigger than this one. So then this person says
2:21:35 - 2:22:08, I've done all I can with this one. He's yours and there you go. And this is how you ascend in the kingdom of God. That's it. You receive further light and truth until you're ready to interact with people who have more than those you interacted with before directly. Which is ironic because the people
2:22:08 - 2:22:38who don't grow say that they're not growing because they want to go direct to God. So that would be not only getting closer to some guy but jumping straight up to the top because there are two connections in the one you always have. And it's the most important. It's the one directly to God inside of
2:22:38 - 2:23:02you that's not shown in this graph, right? But that we went all through that with these slides. And then the other is the people around you. And that one is meant to grow through time, through time in your life, but it also changes through time in this world. All right. So here's the point wherever you
2:23:02 - 2:23:31start, the idea is to end when you die higher up because that's closer to God. So this is a reference here to the parable of the sower. Everyone gets the same seed, but some respond to a 30 fold, some 60 fold, some 100 fold and a whole bunch of people either never sprout or sprout and wither. Why would
2:23:31 - 2:24:00you sprout and wither or never sprout? You don't have roots that go into the ground. What you're given is enough, what every person is given is enough to get started. But then that to continue to be enough to get you there, you need to grow roots and then the plants and these two things become symbiotic
2:23:59 - 2:24:35. But if your roots never get into the dirt, you're not going to grow. So in John 1010, Jesus is, this is um he's talking about himself as a good shepherd, but he's contrasting how Satan and his minions work versus how he works and how his servants work. He says the thief cometh not but for to steal
2:24:35 - 2:25:03and to kill and destroy meaning everything that Satan does just takes away and it reduces and it makes weaker, it makes less. He says I am calm that they might have life. And that word for life again is the word for eternal life. Zoe and Greek and that they might have it more abundantly. So Jesus came
2:25:02 - 2:25:21, not just so you could be resurrected, but that when you're resurrected, you will be closer to God than you were before. You'll be more like Him, you'll know Him better, you'll interact with him more and to a fuller extent. That's the point. And so everything in God's kingdom is designed to grow, to
2:25:21 - 2:25:44improve, to increase, to strengthen. And the same thing is said in a slightly different way in Moses 139 where the Lord says, behold, this is my work and my glory to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man immortality. You could explain away with resurrection. Fine, good enough. We will
2:25:44 - 2:26:09all live again. But eternal life is to live in the same quality that God does forever. And you can't have that without learning more about him and becoming more like Him. His blessings do not exist outside of his qualities. And if one increases by degrees, the other will as well. So what's the difference
2:26:09 - 2:26:34between 30 fold, 64 fold and 100 fold, 30 60 100 what makes the difference is heat and diligence? So we already talked about the difference between uh sprouting or sprouting withering versus bearing fruit. But the difference is heed and diligence. So those are scriptural terms and go for it if you want
2:26:34 - 2:26:56to dig into that and find out more about it. I'm pretty sure I talked about this extensively in books and presentations. So what does heathen diligence look like applied to what we've talked about here with, excuse me, with seeking and receiving further light and truth. Well, the biggest part, it's how
2:26:56 - 2:27:18much do you love God? And what are you willing to suffer for other people? That's really it. How much are you willing to change? How honest are you about what you have and what you lack? How honest are you about what is available where it's available? What it's worth, how complete and consistent is your
2:27:18 - 2:27:45obedience. How much effort do you exert and how much do you want it? So you ascend in the kingdom of God by descending? And what does descending mean? Well, you come here, which we all have and then you do more than everyone else does to learn more about God than everyone else knows to become more like
2:27:45 - 2:28:25God than everyone else is including to orient everything you've become to the benefit of others, no matter what it costs you and no matter what they do to you because of it. And in the end, what does that change? Well, the most important thing is actually the last thing the more like God, you become
2:28:25 - 2:28:57, the more you can help other people have more of His joy. And that's the point of it all. And that's what true messengers try to do. So when you fight them or you ignore them or you reject them, what you're really doing is cutting yourself off from greater joy. And that's really sad, but you come to
2:28:57 - 2:29:33have more, to offer others by obtaining more of how God is from God. And in doing that, you draw closer to Him. The result of all these things is joy that surpasses all understanding. And that's the greatest mystery. Maybe that's the hardest thing because you can't understand it until you have it. So
2:29:32 - 2:30:09the question is the conclusion of all of this. What will your trajectory be in life? Cause there are options, there are options. Um You get to choose your slope, you get to choose the length and those differences, they matter, they matter. But unfortunately, if it actually looked like this, we'd be in
2:30:09 - 2:30:30pretty good shape because even what this guy ends up with is a lot better than what he started with. But that's not the case because Jesus talked about how there were some who would end up in a state where it's better that they had never been born. So on Jacob's ladder, there are angels that ascend and
2:30:30 - 2:30:53then there are angels that are descending. And um whether that only refers to angels descending down to earth or if it refers to angels who have descended down to earth, who end this life worse off than they were when they started is irrelevant because this actually happens either way it happens. And
2:30:52 - 2:31:21unfortunately for the vast majority of people, how they end the life will not be significantly different than how they began. And that's just the fact and a lot of people, they zig zag and some few will end this life much better off than they were before with a choice of where you go is up to you because
2:31:21 - 2:31:44especially in our time, but it's been true at all times. God has arranged that everything you require to ascend as far as you're willing to receive will be provided to you. The only difference will be determined by your choices primarily how you react when greater light and truth is presented in front
2:31:44 - 2:32:18of you. And that is, is very much influenced by whether or not you've already repented because it's impossible to accurately judge light, truth, worth beauty, goodness or anything else without having repented of all of your sins. So I encourage you to continue to go over this material as often as you
2:32:18 - 2:32:36need to until you stop learning new things. Um But I hope that this has been helpful and I hope the people who are praying for this information. Um I hope that you glorify God for having answered your prayer.
