OK, so I'm gonna make a series of videos as a review of this book and there was Light by Jacques Lucy R. I'm sorry, my French pronunciation is non-existent. Um This is an autobiography of a man who was born with sight, lost his sight as a young child through an accident and had an eventful life. In fact
, this entire book is just about the 1st 20 years of his life. Minus obviously, the first few where he wasn't uh cognizant of what was going on. Um One eventful thing in his life is that he uh was an early member of the French resistance during World War Two. He was captured and jailed in the concentration
camps. And um all of that is just sort of a swirling background in this book to some poignant perspectives on life, light joy and other themes that are important for everyone and I believe will be exceptionally important in the days to come. So, um I wanted to spare the risk of people just clicking off
because this is a, a long video. Um But I do encourage you to read this book if any of that sounds interesting to you, um, because I believe it's worth your time and I will be making a series of short videos where I'm going to just, uh, read one quote that I found to be striking and share my, my thoughts
